Palazzo Borghese 2 Bedroom

Pro: Good location and clean. Linen and towels were good. There is a lift but our apartment still had a flight of steps which is worth mentioning. It has a washing machine which is handy.

Wonderful location, great sized bedrooms with comfortable beds!

Pro: The communication and local knowledge were exceptional. The beds were excellent as was the size of the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Contro: There was nothing we didn’t like. It was as advertised and very comfortable. We missed having a lounge room but we knew that there wasn’t one so as expected.

Pro: Good location. Unfortunately there was an error when booking and the booking was for 2 people rather than 3 (even though it’s a 2 bedroom apartment). The people were accommodating and didn’t charge us the full extra amount.

Contro: Room was fairly basic.

Pro: Fabulous position, everything worked, bedrooms were spacious

Contro: The stairs to our apartment after the lift as we are older and w a s difficult with our luggage, my fault for not checking this, otherwise perfect!

He had a wonderful stay

Pro: Paola met us at the department and was very helpful with tips in terms of restaurants. Excellent flat and great value for money, as well as excellent location. Loved our stay.

Fabulous location in a quiet area.

Pro: Large apartment in a quiet street. Well equipped kitchen (except no microwave). The host met us and showed us how all the locks worked. It's a very secure apartment with an elevator but there were still some stairs to climb. If people are mobility challenged, be cautious if renting this place. Heating was available.

Contro: Just a comment that despite heating the apartment to a reasonable temperature (20-21C) it took 2 days for clothes to dry. Perhaps very old buildings are very damp. We were given a paper with pictures of what to sort. Difficult to figure out what should be sorted together. Sorry about any mis - sorted items.

Pleasant stay in Great Location, everything we wanted

Pro: The location is excellent, the communication we received from the initial booking has been excellent and the person who met us friendly and helpful.

Pro: Had 2 very spacious double bedrooms and great kitchen! The location was amazing, so close to everything!!! The property was very clean and the host was very communicative. Would highly recommend this property for the perfect stay in Florence.
