Nice little apartment with terrace in central Florence

Pro: Great central location. Loved the terrace. Attentive host who met us for check in, and left a welcome basket of pastries and coffee pods.

Contro: The bathroom is small and has steps so can be hazardous. The toilet needs maintenance as it moves when you sit on it.

Pro: I loved the location as my daughter was attending the ADA art school literally around the corner. Her first solo stay anywhere having just turned 18. The owner was so kind to come help her at 9pm when she inadvertently tripped the breakers. The instructions where in the binder of instructions which explained everything and still He came happily to rescue her from the darkness! The kitchen is small but makes such good use of space. Grace was able to make all her meals without problem. It has all the setting, silverware plates and pots you will need There is a lovely feel about the place! It even had a washing machine which made everything a breeze for Grace to attend classes looking her best. The location is one short block away from the beginning of the real heavy tourist area. So it's perfect for being both close enough and far enough away. We never felt anything but perfectly safe. We walked everywhere.

Contro: I wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like. But I want to mention to be happy here you have to be relatively fit or headed that way. If your lazy you will need to know there are many steps up to this top floor apartment. The first night I was winded but as the week went by I could see my strength and stamina improve. That made me happy. The configuration of the bathroom and probably the plumbing require you to maneuver on two steps while stepping out of the shower. I always held on to the towel rack and stepped carefully. My daughter said it wasn't that big a deal. She's 18 I'm 58 and 185 lbs. The toilet is behind the shower separated by the shower curtain. It totally makes sense. I thought it was quirky but functional. Some review mentioned an order in the bathroom. The sewer was repaired in the street and that problem is over. The few days we smelt anything we layed the bathroom carpet over the floor drain and it was solved

Terrazza mitten in der Stadt

Pro: Begrüßung durch Vermieter sehr freundlich und informativ Kaffee und Gebäck standen bereit, ziemlich ruhig, mitten im Zentrum, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Pläne vorhanden, die Terrasse mit duftendem Jasmin und Blick auf die Domkuppel....... Sauberkeit in der Stadt, sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Menschen, gute Bahnverbindungen für Reisen in andere Städte der Toskana....Toller Urlaub

Contro: Bad mit Dusche manchmal mit schlechtem Geruch, Anordnung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, funktioniert aber. Stadt sehr voll und manchmal abends etwas laut. Aber damit haben wir gerechnet, hat uns nicht sehr gestört.

Fantástico

Pro: Está perfectamente situado, a 1 minuto andando del Duomo. Muy limpio. La terraza es genial.

Tranquille et confortable

Pro: L’emplacement et la petite terrasse. Lit très confortable et endroit très calme. Restaurants, boulangerie et épicerie à proximité.

Contro: La toilette fuyait et odeur forte dans la salle de bain et toilette mal fixée

Pro: La terraza . Pero mucho zancudo. Lo demás todo perfecto.

Contro: Las escaleras para llegar al departamento .ESPANTOSA, hay que tener muy buenas piernas para subir. De preferencia una ves al día.

Cute apartment in the center of the city

Pro: The location of this place is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable.

Contro: The stairs going up to the room are pretty narrow. The bathroom is quite small.

Pro: Mieszkania cudowne. Małe, ale dla pary super. Bardzo blisko centrum, wszędzie można było dojść piechotą. W mieszkaniu były wszystkie rzeczy, które są potrzebne na wyjeździe. Taras z widokiem na kopułę Duomo jest przecudowny. w mieszkaniu na powitanie czekały na nas rogaliki i kawa w kapsułkach do ekspresu, butelka wody. Mąż Wandy, przemiły człowiek wszystko nam pokazał jak działa w mieszkaniu. Polecam z całego serca. Pozdrawiam serdecznie:)
