Excellent property, ideal location for our stay .
Pro: Everything about the property is 10 out of 10, The greeting by the door man Francesco, too the run through of the property by the young lady (sorry forgot her name) made the property feel like home.
Contro: There were a couple of plumbing issues during stay, but were promptly attended to.

The only place to stay in Florence!
Pro: This was one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. The place was immaculately presented with high end furniture and fittings and lovely towels and linens. The kitchen was well appointed pantry well stocked. We especially loved the huge terrace, with plentiful furniture and lounges, that has a retractable awning for sun protection. Having access to a/c in all four bedrooms, as well as the living area, was appreciated in this hot weather. Although there is lovely airflow through the apartment if you open windows and doors. The place was also very clean and the accommodation is very safe and secure. Maria, and the doorman Stefano, were very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would encourage anyone staying in Florence to consider this luxury apartment.

A truly remarkable accomodation!
Pro: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Florence. The accomodation exceeded my expectations. They had all the amenities you could possibly need, plus much more. It was very clean, spacious and inviting. We felt particularly safe with multiple security systems in place, including Stefano the doorman. Maria and Stefano were incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. They both went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I could not recommend this accomodation enough!
Contro: The dishwasher and dryer were tricky for us to work but Maria was happy to come around and fix any issues we had so it was no bother.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
Pro: Beautiful apartment in a super convenient location. The terrace was wonderful and we had enough sun, even in December, to be able to use it a few times.
Contro: We were eight adults and just a couple of small additional things would have made the apartment perfect for us: hooks on the bedroom doors for coats etc; mirrors in the bedrooms; extra pillows. But these are small things.

The most stunning home in Florence - better than a hotel!
Pro: A stunning home in the best part of Florence with a devine rooftop! The location was incredible and the design and renovation provided a very comfortable stay, a home away from home in stunning Florence. Walking distance to every main attraction and to all the amazing restaurants! The comfiest place we have stayed as a family of 5! The kitchen setup/ the hotel like robes … so many small Touches! Oh and the aircon was amazing!
Contro: Nothing! It was perfect! The kitchen was generously setup to be able to cook and enjoy the small things while travelling!

Great place to stay in firenze. We loved it very much
Pro: I liked the area, the big balcony, the staff was super nice, Maria and Stefano were great and Stefano even gave us restaurant tips that was the best meal we had the whole trip. It was a perfect place to bring a baby and a beautiful building.

Perfect location and a beautiful apartment with an amazing terrace and nice staff.
Pro: The location is perfect. So close to walk anywhere but nice to be on the other side of the river. The staff, Maria and Stefano were both so kind and accommodating.
Contro: Nothing. Just don’t expect a grand entrance. Once you get up to the apartment it is just as pictured- lovely!
