Great option in Florence

Pro: Great location, easy check in and available staff.

Contro: Was not a problem for us but the second bedroom is up very narrow spiral staircase.

Pro: Great location, easy to achieve the town by walk. Supermarket is few steps. Overall everything was good.

Contro: One room is on the rooftop, and the stairs is really tight and dangerous. It's only suitable to skinny people. Wish there's washing machine.

Pro: The property was centrally located and close to all action. It was clean and comfortable and even though it was on the 3rd level it had a lift which was an appreciated bonus .We were checked in and oriented by Gabriel who was exceptionally helpful and informative .

Contro: There are no negatives about this property

Pro: Gabriel was a young and very friendly host. He gave us a quick summary of all necessary information and city points. He could meet us even before official check-in time and let us drop our luggage at the apartment. It was very helpful, thanks! The apartment is located on the 3 floor (attic), in the old town area. There are 3 separate AC units. There is a tiny and slow lift. Remember about city taxes, which you can pay by cash or bank link. We were welcomed by Gabriel with a bottle of wine, it was a nice surprise!

Contro: The room for kids is located at the attic, under the low roof, accessible via narrow steps. It can be uncomfortable for tall people. Clothes drying rack in appartment would be a nice feature.

Pro: Spacious property, very clean with natural light, everything you might need in the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom is available. The guy who gave us the key was very nice and explained everything very clearly. the property in general has a very welcoming vibe. highly recommended

Excelente apartamento

Pro: El apartamento es muy cómodo, todo nuevo y muy limpio. La ubicación también está bien en 10 minutos a pie estas en la catedral y a 15 de la estación de tren

Contro: No hay nada que no me gustara

Pro: Todo! Excelente lugar, muy amplio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario y muy bien ubicado
