A perfect stay in Florence – highly recommended!

Pro: We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and perfectly combined modern comfort with charming historic character. The private garden was a true highlight – peaceful, green, and beautifully maintained. The apartment is located in a quiet and tranquil part of Florence, yet just a short walk or bus ride from the historic center. It felt like the best of both worlds: calm surroundings with easy access to everything. This place exceeded our expectations in every way – we would recommend it without hesitation and can’t wait to come back!

Pro: The location was walking distance to the city centre. The house was clean and very nice! The house has all the amenities we needed. We felt very comfortable. The communication was rapid and efficient.

Contro: Nothing.

Harika bir Floransa deneyimi

Pro: Her şey harikaydı. Evin konumu, tarzı ve ilgili ev sahibiyle muhteşem bir deneyim oldu bizim için. Karşılama paketinin içinde ihtiyacımı olabilecek malzemelerin bulunması güzel bir jest oldu. Floransa’ya tekrar gelişimizde kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir daire.

Contro: Çekyat biraz daha konforlu olabilir. Ama ciddi bir problem değil.

Top Empfehlung

Pro: Lage war top, sehr bequeme Betten, Ausstattung war top. Sehr hilfsbereit. Parken in det nähe Möglich. Möglichkeit im Freien zu frühstücken!

Contro: Nichts!

Pro: Le logement était propre et très agréable à vivre avec la terrasse privée. Le logement est calme malgré qu'il soit en pleine ville. Centre-ville accessible à pieds.

Contro: Les couettes qui étaient dans le placard étaient tachées (je pense que le personnel ne vérifie pas forcément ça à chaque location mais cela ne donne pas envie de les utiliser).

Gorgeous but not well managed

Pro: The apartment is gorgeous, outside area & washing machine are a plus

Contro: Maybe this is a new listing but the management company definitely doesn’t do a good job. There were touches that were missing (one roll of toilet paper and we messaged where more were? They said none they only provide one bc it’s an air bnb) it’s not an air bnb and I had to go to the store while my husband was in the bathroom. The AC remote didn’t work, the manager knew, he left and said he would get more batteries and never came back, their answer was “take the batteries out of the TV remote,” so we couldn’t watch TV and change the AC temp at the same time. There were tons of EMPTY “welcome boxes” in the kitchen so idk what they were supposed to contain. Coffee maker but no coffee, washing machine but no detergent. It is listed as having amenities included so this was a bit off putting and added a lot of money to our stay because we had to buy all these things for a short stay. The place was clean & beautiful, the lack of thoughtfulness made it feel less vacationing there and more like work.

Pro: Mysig lägenhet. Nytt och fint. Uteplatsen fantastisk!!

Contro: Lite mörk.

L’appartement est bien situé (15 minutes à pied de la cathédrale, 15 minutes à pied d’un carrefourexpress et à3 minutes

Pro: L’emplacement est super. Le petit jardin est agréable pour prendre un café le matin. La clim est utile en plein été et l’appartement est bien équipé (cafetière, ustensiles de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge…)

Contro: J’ai été étonnée que ce soit à nous de faire les démarches via un site web pour nous déclarer comme locataires (numéros de passeport, scan des passeports, formulaire à remplir…). En principe c’est le propriétaire qui s’en occupe.
