Casa a Firenze
Pro: Bellissimo appartamento con giardino, grande, con tre stanze da letto spaziose, cucina e un grande salone. L’appartamento si trova in una bella zona di Firenze, 15 minuti a piedi dal Duomo! Ottimo per famiglie numerose o se si è in due famiglie in quanto un bagno molto grande si trova in una stanza da letto e l’altro a parte nel corridoio! Letti comodissimi! Molto gentile il ragazzo ( host ) che ci ha fatto da check in, oltre ad essere molto disponibile !
Contro: Manca la tv in tutta la casa e la pulizia non era al massimo ( polvere sulle pale e angoli delle stanze oltre sui termosifoni) .

Appartamento benissimo in centro
Pro: L'appartamento era molto spazioso, pulito e molto e strategico come posizione, 15 minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo mai usato un mezzo, qualsiasi cosa era raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi.
Contro: L'unica peca era il bagno piu piccolo che tutta la notte si sentiva gocciolare il water, per chi ha il sono piu leggero, ma nulla che non si riesca a sistemare

Bellissimo e ampio appartamento in un ottima posizione
Pro: Appartamento molto bello e ben tenuto, spazi ampi, in cucina e nei bagni abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario! La posizione molto buona!
Contro: Tuttavia ci sono delle piccole cose che si potrebbero migliorare: Appartamento umido, avrei acceso un po’ il riscaldamento la sera! In una camera i cuscini erano molto sottili! Aggiungerei un tavolo più grande nella zona pranzo visto che l’appartamento ospita fino ad 8 persone ma il tavolo è per 4! Segnalazione: la luce nella camera con bagno non funzionava! Nel complesso comunque è andata molto bene e l’appartamento è veramente molto bello e spazioso!

Great apartment but with some flaws.
Pro: The apartment is huge and the interior is great. Check in was smooth with someone handing over the keys in person. The rooms were comfy and the location is within walking distance to supermarkets and other food options.
Contro: The washer didn't work and I was given false promises twice that someone will come to fix it. But it was never fixed. Also, the master bedroom bathroom although very huge and beautiful had one problem. The window could not be closed as the owner has moved large furniture in the balcony. So it meant there were only curtains that we had to draw and clip them to ensure they won't fly around for privacy reasons. Also, most of rooms couldn't be locked from inside so that was another privacy concern. There are no lights in the garden so it is basically unusable if you want to use it in the evening.

Fabulous!♥️
Pro: Great location right in the centre of the city. Very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated in the Renaissance Style, with lots of books and Art catalogues, (no TV which was great!). Kitchen well equipped, so was the bathroom. We loved the garden and every bit of this accomodation. It was absolutely fantastic!

Excellent for families but short on supplies to stay there for 4 days
Pro: Location great but apartment needs soap and extra towels for 7 people.
Contro: Hot water system doesn’t function. More toilet paper for 7 people. Aircon noisy had to turn off at night. Toilet roll holder broken. Hot water taps not working.

Pro: The apartment is very nice and exceptionally spacious. The location is fantastic, as it is close to the main tourist attractions, while also having a supermarket nearby and a park with a children's playground. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the place also has a private garden. Our stay was very pleasant, and communication with the host was very easy. We were very happy with our stay.
Contro: The only downsides were that there were no coat hooks in the hallway and that the living room, when used as a sleeping area, was quite noisy due to the street in front of it.

Beautiful and authentic
Pro: Amazing old appartment where history is well preserved, incredible garden and the most beautiful bathroom we’ve seen!
