Pro: L'appartamento è molto bello e ben attrezzato, dal soggiorno si gode una splendida vista sulla città. La struttura si trova in una posizione rialzata, in un quartiere molto tranquillo, da cui si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi sia la stazione dei treni sia i principali luoghi di interesse della città. La fatica per la breve salita per raggiungere l'appartamento è ripagata dalla vista sulla città! Silvia, che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo, è stata veramente molto simpatica e gentilissima. Complimenti!

Pro: Our host, Silvia, who was an absolute treasure, she was very accommodating and gave us a very warm welcome on our arrival. I would highly recommend this accommodation for its location, which is close to all the amenities Florence has to offer. There is quite a steep climb to the property, but the apartment is well worth it. The view over Florence is second to none! At the bottom of the hill, you can reach the ponta Vecchio, which is a short stroll away.and gives you easy access to the rest of the city and all its attractions. We would love to visit again sometime in the future and will definitely recommend the accommodation to our family and friends 🧡

Pro: Everything was amazing. The host was great, it was also nice to see each other in person. The apartment is super clean and you will find everything whatever you will need during your stay. The way to get there can be hard for those people who have difficulties to climb steep places. The view from the apartment is just amazing. Would be super happy to be back there again.

Pro: Чудесная настоящая флорентийская квартира в фантастически интересном районе: из одного окна открывается ошеломительный вид на весь город, а из другого - на дом Галилея. Все очень чисто, уютно, тепло (в марте это важно) и красиво, множество деталей и полезных для путешественника вещей, очень удобная кровать. Да, надо подниматься в крутую гору, но это сознательный выбор и скорее изюминка этого места. Сильвия разрешила мне заселиться на час раньше и встретила меня лично, она необыкновенно милая и приветливая, всегда большая радость знакомиться с такими флорентийцами. Дом - настоящий жилой с множеством квартир (хотя кажется очень маленьким), и слышно, как ходят и разговаривают соседи, но это тоже не минус, просто факт, и от этого даже как-то спокойнее, потому что район по вечерам очень тихий. Под окнами гостиной стройка, но это тоже не влияет на атмосферу и красоту вида, шум умеренный, хотя для кого-то может быть принципиальным моментом, но во Флоренции сейчас везде ремонт и стройка.

Pro: Назва помешкання відповідає дійсності, панорама з вікна Bellissima. Зустріла нас дуже привітна, чудова господиння Сільвія. В апартаментах все передбачено до дрібниць. Розташування супер. Рекомендуємо!!!

Beim nächsten Mal würde ich länger bleiben
Pro: Die Ausstattung, die Lage und das Personal, alles war auf dem höchsten Niveau. Der Inhaber hat auf uns freundlicherweise am Abend gewartet. Die Aussicht ist toll! Die ganze Wohnung ist auch sehr sauber, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen
Contro: Nichts besonderes, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Nur eine Bemerkung: der Weg zur Wohnung könnte schwierig für jemanden sein, sie liegt oben. Das war aber keinerlei Problem für uns
