Lovely apartment

Pro: The apartment is modern, clean for two people. It’s located in area where you can easily reach everything on foot, and the neighborhood feels safe. Just note that it’s on the third floor without an elevator, so carrying large luggage requires a bit of effort. The space itself is bright, stylish, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully throughout our stay. The kitchen and fridge were spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. Our host, Duccio, was exceptionally helpful and responsive via WhatsApp. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow (self-check-in with a lockbox). The location is also very convenient — only a 10–15 minute walk from the train station.

Contro: There was no washing machine in the apartment, and no TV or radio, which may be important for some guests during a longer stay.

We would definitely recommend staying here!

He also gave us some excellent local recommendations for places to eat and drink, which we really appreciated. The location is very convenient, just a 10–15 minute walk from the train station.

Contro: Although there was a coffee machine and a kettle, there was no coffee or tea, which would have been nice. There was also no safe in the apartment or a washing machine. Do also note there is no lift so you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs.

Pro: The apartment is in a perfect location — super convenient to walk everywhere and the neighborhood feels very safe. The kitchen has two beautiful window views that look like paintings — such a pleasant surprise! The host also added some lovely decorative touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we both slept so well during our stay. The kitchen and fridge were spotless, with all the basics provided.

Contro: A few tips: bring your own toiletries if you stay more than one night, as the provided ones are small. The shower water can cool down quickly, and the bathroom sink tends to spill a little water on the floor — but overall these are minor details.

Florencja to piękna miasto, ale nawet jesienią jest bardzo zatłoczone.

Pro: Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do największych atrakcji we Florencji i na dworzec kolejowy. Apartament jeszcze pachnie nowością, wyposażony jest we wszystko co potrzeba.

Contro: Wąski korytarz i strome schody. Wejście na 3-cie piętro z większym bagażem może niektórym sprawiać kłopoty. Ale to urok starych kamienic i trudno mieć o to pretensje do gospodarza, który był bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Przekazał nam kilka przydatnych informacji (np. adresy dobrych knajp) i zgodził się na wcześniejsze zameldowanie w apartamencie.
