Pro: Praticamente tutto. Appartamento confortevole, arredato con gusto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Lo staff ci ha seguito e coccolato durante tutto il nostro soggiorno.

Contro: Nessuna aspetto da recriminare

Pro: L'appartamento si trova in una zona perlopiù tranquilla, nonostante sia al piano terra ma è un vantaggio se si hanno delle valigie pittosto pesanti. Non è molto lontano dalla stazione dei treni che è molto facile da raggiungere poichè la strada è praticamente sempre dritta. L'appartamento è spazioso per due persone e molto fornito, i letti erano molto comodi e il bagno grande. Ho apprezzato il fatto che siano state fornite fornite delle istruzione utili per il soggiorno, per esempio come usare la lavatrice o la lavastoviglie (nonostante noi non le abbiamo utilizzate) e numeri di emergenza. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Pro: I had a great stay in this apartment in Florence. The instructions on how to find the apartment and check in were detailed and easy to follow, which made the arrival very smooth. The location is excellent — only a 15-minute walk from the train station, the city center, and major attractions. The apartment was very clean, and the detailed instructions for everything made the stay especially comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee, sunflower oil, and dishwashing supplies. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the bed was very comfortable. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pro: Location was great as everything was within walking distance. The apartment was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The outside area was overlooked by a window to the bakery next door which was additionally quite loud in the early mornings

Contro: Lighting - the property was quite dark Not enough toiletries, would have been useful to have more hand soap and toilet paper No washing machine tablets to wash clothes

Excellent location in a beautiful part of the city

Pro: A lovely flat in a great part of the city. On a really quiet road in a lovely residential area with great restaurants and bars but away from the touristy parts but only 5 mins walk to the centre and popular spots. Perfect location! Really comfy bed and very clean apartment. Would highly recommend!

Pro: L’appartement est vaste et bien situé dans un quartier calme, à distance du tumulte des touristes et proche d’une petite place où l’on trouve supermarché, arrêts de bus et restaurants. Literie très bien et tous les équipements aussi.

Contro: Pas d’isolation phonique sur la rue côté cuisine / salon. Heureusement la rue est calme et on peut fermer la porte quand on est dans la chambre.

Pro: What a wonderful place to stay in such a beautiful city. The location was nice and quiet and it was easy to get around the city. I would definitely want to return and would stay here again.

Contro: I can't think of anything I didn't like. The apartment was large and comfy at the same time. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pro: Апартаменты находятся на тихой улице, не далеко от центра города и ЖД вокзала. Рядом есть кофейни, бары и рестораны. В апартаментах чисто, есть все необходимое для проживания, даже такие вещи как инструкции от владельца как пользоваться техникой и электроприборами!

Very nice place, we enjoyed our stay

Pro: The apartment is spacious, located close to the main attractions, it was clean and had everything we needed. It’s cosy, looking good and fresh. The host was nice, gave very clear instructions and good recommendations.

Contro: The wifi was disconnecting often but overall it was usable
