Pro: Appartamento comodissimo con tutti i servizi. Personale eccellente, una menzione speciale a Marco molto gentile e disponibile.

Pro: Posizione molto comoda e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.Quartiere residenziale silenzioso,appena fuori dal casino del centro.La casa è attrezzata per tutte le necessità e soprattutto i doppi servizi molto comodi,garantiscono maggior privacy.Personale molto preparato e disponibile.Consiglio la pasticceria sotto casa e se si viaggia con dei bambini l'utilizzo del bus turistico,porta veramente ovunque e passa con frequenza

Pro: C’è tutto il necessario, la posizione è molto comoda!

Pro: La posizione era eccellente, in area piena di negozi e locali per mangiare a pochi passi. Comodo per raggiungere a piedi i musei.

Rilassante passeggiata nella bella Firenze!

Pro: Struttura carina e accogliente nel centro di Firenze a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni turistiche e dalla stazione. Proprietario gentilissimo , premuroso e immediatamente disponibile per qualsivoglia esigenza, al nostro arrivo ci ha omaggiati di ottimo buon vino. Grazie

Pro: la struttura è molto carina e coccola, tipica di Firenze … tutto molto pulito , la posizione è comodissima, è vicina al centro , si arriva a tutto tranquillamente a piedi

Pro: We loved the location. It is situated in a nice and quiet neighbourhood and away from the noises. There are a couple of really good restaurants nearby. The host sent through a list of recommended cafes, restaurants and gelato places before we arrived in Florence. We have two young kids and there is a playground 3mins walk from the accommodation. And a really good gelato place is just around the corner. We were able to check in early and the host was very helpful to deal with our queries. The guesthouse is not too small for four of us and has two bathrooms and toilets. The kitchen is well equipped.

Contro: Nothing. As it is situated in a nice neighbourhood that means it's a bit of a walk from the main attractions for those with young kids. There are a few buses nearby to get us to the tourist attractions. We didn't find this an issue.

Fairly good

Pro: We loved the location, as it was fairly quiet. Great recommendations for restaurants from the host. Excellent trattoria a few doors up in same road. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen and apartment. A straightforward 20 minute walk from the station. Very welcome wine & water on arrival.

Contro: Delay on check in, but Marco kept us informed and fortunately not raining. The power cut out the first night after dark, after boiling the kettle, but fairly quickly resolved after phoning the check in person. Would be good to show people how to sort this out as it was a fusebox down the stairs, not in the apartment. This happened again. The settee is smaller and chairs dont have seat pads, so different from the pictures, very snug to seat 4 on settee. No air-conditioning in bedroom 2. Bathrooms are very small.

Fantastic stay at Gina Guest House!

Pro: We had a great stay at this cozy traditional apartment. Easy check in, great communication with the host. Excellent facilities, felt at home! The apartment is in a great area to explore the city, everything within easy reach. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from nearby. The family run bakery opposite is not to be missed! Would definitely return next time in Florence!
