Beautiful Italian apartment.

Pro: Absolutely beautiful and spotless apartment , beside central market and close to bus stop and train station which has bag storage in basement.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Location was not expected to be a crowded shopping piazza, nevertheless a very central location from which to get around. Very clean beautiful apartment which had everything we needed. When we advised the bathroom sink was blocking, it was fixed ASAP. Thank you hosts.

Contro: Shower could do with a new shower head. Water pressure low and temperature played up a bit. Otherwise great bathroom.

Pro: We loved the location,& how spacious the apartment was. Beds were comfortable. It was handy being able to use the washing machine. There were plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery. ZaZa pizza nearby was amazing.

Pro: The apartment has a ton of personality - art, books, etc. Staying there feels like living like a (cool) local. It’s also very comfortable to stay as a family because there is plenty of space and it’s a cool layout and historic building with views right onto the square outside central market - definitely visit! It’s also a comfortable walk to the major sites and an easy bus ride to others. Right on top of a wonderful restaurant too!

Pro: De locatie was uitstekend!! Midden in het historisch centrum, omgeven door restaurantjes!!

Great place giving more room than typical hotel rooms with added benefit of kitchen facilities.

Pro: Very well located with all the sights of Florence nearby. The Central Market is across the street and the train station is a short walk. The suite is large and allows for privacy with the separation of the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything for meal prep and the living room was spacious. Bathroom is modern and the washer/dryer and air conditioning were great to have. Despite being in a busy area, the apartment is very quiet. Host is very responsive and assisted with all of our needs.

Buena ubicación y zona tranquila.

Pro: La ubicación del apartamento. Es un apartamento antiguo pero restaurado con las comodidades exigentes de la actualidad. Tienes unas cápsulas de café para el desayuno. Está en la misma plaza, con mucha animación durante el día pero por la noche no se oye pasar a nadie, ni coches. A partir de las 23.30 aprox. cierran los restaurantes de la zona y la gente desaparece. Se puede descansar bien. No oímos a los vecinos. Apenas 5 minutos a pie tienes varios establecimientos de alimentación (supermercado y tienda de proximidad) con un horario bastante amplio. Muy bien situado fuera de las zonas de paso pero cerca de todo lo que tienes para visitar. Si llegas en tren la estación la tienes a 15 min. Si vas en coche en la misma plaza tienes un parking subterráneo.

Contro: Los utensilios y el menaje de la cocina muy justito. Nos faltaron bols para el desayuno... Faltaría reparar/sustituir la plancha. Tuvimos que utilizarla y no funcionaba. Tiene la escalera de acceso estrecha y elevada (pero es un primero) y varios escalones en el interior del apartamento, para una persona con movilidad reducida puede suponer un problema.

Pro: Tout était top! L’emplacement très sympa car très central avec le marché couvert à côté. Appartement très confort et joliment décoré avec toutes les commodités. Accès très facile.
