Happy Florence Ghibellina

Pro: Bell'appartamento nel quartiere di Santa Croce, Sono arrivato in serata e il self-checkin è stato semplice e comodo. Ritornerò sicuramente

Contro: Il bagno è nuovo e funzionale anche se è un poco piccolo

Perfect little apartment in a great location

Pro: The location of the property was amazing on a great street. The host kindly allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated. The apartment is small but has everything you need for your time in Florence and was clean and tidy.

Contro: Only a few minor issues the shower is really small so found using the hand shower was best. Also not the apartments or hosts fault but the neighbours were quite noisy especially early in the morning.

Our favorite place to stay, accommodations top notch!

Pro: Everything! The host was able to allow us early entrance to the apartment, which was very helpful. The accommodations are excellent. Many upgrades throughout the apartment. The door to the apartment is Iltra secure. They have easy to use Wifi, and they have a Bluetooth speaker accessible from your cell to listen to music.

Contro: Absolutely nothing. Everything was great. The operator is a pro made this the most enjoyable stay for us.

A Delightful Stay in Florence

Pro: The Happy Florence Ghibellina apartment is in a lovely, quiet location, near many restaurants, landmarks and places to visit and shop in Florence. It was within easy walking distance of Swan's gym (where you can buy a day pass to use the weights and other facilities). It is in walking distance to the Piazza Della Signoria, Opera Di Santa Maria del Fiore and the Ponte Vecchio. We were able to prepare breakfast each morning using the ample supplied cooking utensils and, perhaps more importantly, we were able to bring leftovers home after dinner out! Our host was extremely responsive when we had questions. The security locks on the apartment door are impressive and we felt safe and comfortable in the apartment.

Contro: The host could provide a few more instructions for using, e.g., the stovetop (which we learned turns off automatically) and the coffee maker. But, all questions were answered quickly so we never felt at a loss.

Pro: Todo nuevo, es tal cual son las fotos, cómodo y bien situado para patear Florencia. El baño es muy pequeño, pero renovado y limpio. El edificio está en obras, no se pueden abrir las ventanas, no fue necesario, tiene aire acondicionado y casi no lo pusimos. Pero se echa de menos la luz natural. Paola siempre estuvo pendiente de que nuestra llegada y de que estuviéramos bien. Muchas gracias por todo.
