bellissimo appartamento in posizione comodissima

Pro: l’appartamento è nuovo,spazioso,disposto molto bene,arredato con gusto.Veramente bellissimo. I due bagni con doccia entrambi finestrati sono un plus.

Contro: Dovrebbero fornire un set di asciugamani comprensivi anche di quello per le mani (c’erano solo gli asciugamani doccia e bidet).Sarebbe meglio fornire dispenser capienti di bagnoschiuma e shampoo.Quelli forniti erano troppo piccoli.

Pro: Que no le falta nada para tener una estancia cómoda, solo por el lugar, me habría quedado más tiempo

Pro: Sehr schnelle Erreichbarkeit dee Inhaber, zukommend, freundlich und hilfreich. Sehr ruhig mit kleinen Innenhof, exzelente Lage, 5 min Gehweg zu Ponte vechio

I would totally stay here again and highly recommend.

Pro: The location of this place was perfect. We were so close to a lot of the sites and there were a lot of shops and restaurants so near and convenient. We had a little hiccup at check-in but it was due to my phone service. The host was great with communicating and adapting to get us what we needed to get into the apartment.

Contro: I have not one complaint. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Great apt but check in a horror

Pro: The apartment was lovely and spacious. Lots of room and plenty of electric outlets. WiFi excellent as well as the air conditioning. Didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed OK. Bathroom clean and modern. Washing machine outside on the patio and washing detergent was provided. Great location and easy walking to almost all sites. Quiet and a safe area. Bedroom very spacious and bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Hint...if you are coming from the train station, take the C2 mini bus on Via Panzani (direction away from train station) to Ghibellina Pepi stop. You can buy bus tkts across from the bus stop.

Contro: Could use a new sofa and the art work leaves a lot to be desired BUT the main problem with this property is the owner and the check in process. The owner would not send us the entrance codes until we filled out a registration form which usually isn't a problem BUT in this process, you have to scan your code at the bottom of your passport using the scan device on the form. We tried for over an hour to scan our passports, but it wouldn't work. After finally getting angry with the owner, she agreed to accept photos via Whatsapp which is what most owners do. Then she demanded we pay the city tax before giving us the codes. Then she informed us that check in is at 15:00 and if you want earlier, you have to pay 10 Euro for each hour before !5:00. Well, we got to apt at 15:00 and it was still being cleaned and I doubt she will compensate us for HER being late. Too may rules. We travel a lot and most owners are flexible and will allow you to check in early if apt is ready. Also, she will charge you 10 Euro for every hour you stay after check out time. Really a shame because the apt is very nice.

Pro: Замечательное место! Апартаменты идеально подходят для семьи или для группы из двух супружеских пар. Отдельный вход, кондиционеры, два санузла с душевыми кабинами, прекрасно оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина (для лета очень актуально) внутренний двор-патио. И конечно же, локация. В 3-х минутах от Санта-Кроче и от всех основных достопримечательностей исторического центра города. Бесконтактный check-in, check-out. В общем, твердая пятерка.
