Apartments Florence- Chandelier apartment

location close to train just not the center, big apartment

Pro: The staff is really responsive for the apartment and helpful.

Contro: The location wasn’t the most central and there are definitely people doing drugs sketchily outside the doorway each day. At night expect people coming back from the club so it’ll get loud every so often (space club nearby). Our check in was smooth just don’t expect them to help you carry up your luggage up the 4 flights of stairs (bc they won’t). Laundry isn’t allowed to be dried outside and it takes 2-3 days for it to dry indoors. Blow dryer is old and falling apart but they should exchange it since we were notified the owner bought a new one.

Apartamento bom, mas com pontos de atenção

Pro: O apartamento tem pontos muito positivos, mas infelizmente alguns negativos. Entre os positivos, ele tem decoração muito bonita, assim como nas fotos. É amplo, muito limpo, com camas confortáveis (mesmo o sofá cama), cozinha muitíssimo bem equipada e 2 bons ar-condicionados. Outro ponto positivo é que é convenientemente perto para andar a todos os pontos de interesse da cidade e com ótimos restaurantes por perto (a cidade toda tem…)

Contro: Sobre os pontos negativos, um é a rede elétrica, que precisa ser revista, pois se o ar condicionado estiver ligado (essencial no verão) e ligarmos simultaneamente 2 bocas do fogão de indução (ou outro equipamento), o disjuntor cai, o apartamento fica sem energia, e é preciso descer 2 lances de escada para religá-lo. Aconteceu diversas vezes. Outro ponto atenção é que o apartamento fica localizado numa rua boa, mas que infelizmente é ponto constante de usuários de drogas. Da janela da sala, olhando pra baixo, dá pra vê-los se drogar, inclusive à luz do dia (ficam sentados no degrau na porta de entrada de um prédio em frente). Muito triste de ver e preocupante ao entrar e sair… Por fim, solicitei com antecedência (e durante a estadia também) um segundo conjunto de chaves, pois fiquei 12 dias em 4 pessoas (casal e 2 filhos jovens), mas disseram que não foi possível…

Pro: gute ausgang lage zu alle sehenswürdigkeiten und stadt generell. sehr gut ausgestattete küche. alles renoviert. perfekt fur paar oder eine kleine family.

Contro: Ein bisschen dunkel.kein richtige trennung zwischen schlafzimmer und rest des appartements (wegen helligkeit zu gewinnen ein riesieges fenster anstatt wand). kann laut sein wegen strasse und hof.

Pro: Well located close to the train and bus stations as well as to all landmarks and eateries. It is a lovely, clean, modern and spacious apartment featuring a large dining room and kitchen with all amenities. Very comfortable beds (including sofa bed). We enjoyed our stay at Chandelier Apartment.

Contro: Only downside… on the 2nd floor and no elevator (a bit difficult for carrying luggage) Would have liked a 2nd set of keys as we were 2 couples and had to go down to open the door for each other.
