Pro: Posizione, articolazione degli ambienti, arredamento, balcone, cura dei dettagli

Contro: terzo piano senza ascensore, ma è comune al centro di Firenze

Pro: Posto vicino al centro e vicinissimo alla stazione di santa maria novella,appartamento bello e accogliente

Contro: Per noi perfetto, ma sicuramente il posto è inaccessibile per persone che hanno problemi motori , tre piani di scale abbastanza ripide per accedere alla struttura e non esiste ascensore, non è una critica ma solo un avvertimento purtroppo la struttura non è per tutti...

Comodo e pulito

Pro: Posizione comoda, pulizia, grandi spazi, cucina ben rifornita, belli i balconcini, in particolare quello al piano superiore dove possibile mangiare grazie ai tavolini. Ottima la comunicazione con lo staff.

Contro: Magari qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più. Tre piani di scale strette da fare con le valigie più altre scale in casa (comunque note).

Pro: The property was cute, it had a very lovely balcony area and plenty of air conditioning. The location was good too, Florence is so walkable so it was nice to be staying central.

Contro: There were some people sleeping on the street near the property but they were very friendly.

Pro: We all had our own room, the beds were very comfy, it was extremely clean and in a fantastic location.

Contro: Noisy on the front street at night

Pro: Good environment, a friendly and pituresc apartment. The big bed was very confortable, amazing. The living room has a confortable couch. They were very nice for leaving us a bottle of wine for us to try and water bottles, thank you!!

Contro: Single beds are not that confy The stairway is one feom hell. (It feels that you are climbing a ln old castle, nothing the landlord can do about... tho it makes for a great workout!)

Very confortable

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, within easy reach of public transportation and local attractions. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a fully functional kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. Overall the value for the price was very good.

Contro: Shower had low pressure and the floor (under radiator and under the sink) wasn’t clean

Perfect for a family!

Pro: This apartment was a perfect combination of proximity to the train, plus the location in the city was perfectly walkable. There were 5 of us and we found it very roomy, and the second bathroom was so helpful. The beds were so comfortable!

Pro: The location was fantastic, with good rooms and facilities to enjoy. We had a wonderful time in Florence basing ourselves in the Wine Apartments.

Contro: All good, no complaints.
