Great apartment

Pro: Great apartment! It was very comfortable and there was everything one needs for a good stay. The location was just fine for us as we wanted to stay in a quiet neighborhood within a walking distance to the center.

Contro: Washing machine was a bit unstable, I had to keep hands on it from making too much noise during spinning :)

Pro: The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. It was very close to the tram station and made traveling in and out of the city very easy.The directions were very easy to follow for check in and check out and the host was very good at responding.

Contro: The front door of the apartment auto locks so if you forget the key inside the apartment there is no way to get it back.

Pro: Nice contemporary apartment. Nicely outfitted, great balcony, very close to tram - 3 stops from city center

Contro: Difficult checking in process as host is not on-site and sends ridiculously long communications and focus you to download a very large video only to show walking up 4 floors to the apartment (#9) on the right. I spent 45 mins trying to download and watch the stupid video over a very slow network when he could have easily said \

Pro: Оказа се, че апартамента е на изключително комуникативно място. Има спирка на трамвая точно на 2 минути пеша. Който от своя страна след 3 спирки е на гарата Санта Мария Новела, а от там може да стигнете навсякъде. В апартамента има отопление на газ, което е изключително удобно и добро. Добре би било тв приемника да се остави за гостите на английски, защото на италиански е доста трудно. В апартамента има абсолютно всичко, необходимо - посуда, прибори, чаши и т.н.

Contro: Първият ден, се оказа, че няма никаква топла вода в апартамента. На следващия ден се свързахме с лицето за контакт и проблема беше отстранен. Според мен, комуникацията би трябвало да се осъществява по-бързо. Добре би било, ако има възможност за договаряне на цена, според продължителността на престоя.
