Good location, clean and comfortable.

Pro: Location is very good! The house is very clean and comfortable. When it was cold, we quickly warmed up with the air conditioning. The windows overlook the Boboli Gardens, and it was very quiet. We woke up to the sound of birdsong.

An amazing spacious and comfortable apartment at a good price. In an ideal location perfect for a couple or a solo holid

Pro: Had a great week at this property, has everything you need in a perfect location. Far enough away from the centre so things are quieter and relaxed. However close enough to enjoy the sites of the gardens, palace and many more only a short walk away. The apartment is spacious, doesn’t feel cramped and is a comfortable place to spend a lazy day in, when there’s bad weather. The facilities are also good, the air conditioner is a life saver. Everything you need for a long and short stay and a great price.

Contro: The things I didn’t like are mainly nit-pics and don’t take away from the property. I noticed the water takes time to warm up, you’ll need to wait a couple mins for a warm shower etc. The lack of an oven is an issue, it really limits what food you can make yourself when occasionally you don’t wanna eat out, all you have is a microwave and an electric hob. This makes the inclusion of a dishwasher confusing because what amount of kitchen mess can you make without an oven, but still requires a dishwasher. I think switching the dishwasher for an oven would make more sense. However these are only small things for what is a great apartment.

A hidden gem just across the bridge!

Pro: The apartment was spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished. The kitchen was a bonus with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The location was perfect. Away from the crowds - but still an easy walk to everything! Communication was excellent and our greeter Flavia gave us lots of good recommendations.

Contro: Nothing! It was perfect
