Ottimo appartamento!

Pro: Ottima sistemazione a 2 minuti dalla stazione ma anche a 10-15 minuti a piedi da tutti i principali siti turistici. L'appartamento è completo di tutto, recentemente ristrutturato. I rumori esterni sono ben attutiti, wifi funzionante, a disposizione tutto ciò che è necessario per il soggiorno. Bagno ampio (ma senza finestra). Struttura pulita, check in e check out molto semplici. Nelle vicinanze trovate supermercati, negozi, ristoranti e varie fermate del bus per raggiungere le zone più distanti. Buon rapporto prezzo/qualità, rispecchia in pieno quello che si vede nelle foto. Consigliato!

Contro: L'ingresso del palazzo non è esteticamente impeccabile e c'è 1 rampa di scale da salire per arrivare all'appartamento (lo segnalo solo per chi ha problemi fisici, altrimenti non è nulla di grave). Unico consiglio che darei sarebbero delle tende in grado di bloccare ancora di più la luce esterna al mattino.

Un'ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi a firenze

Pro: La, posizione della struttura a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione, la possibilità di indicare l'orario e fare il check-in online in autonomia fino a mezzanotte. Location ideale per muoversi a piedi per tutta Firenze

Contro: C''era stata un pò di confusione in strada tra voci e urla di persone che stazionavano sotto fino a tarda notte.. Essendo al primo piano si sentiva parecchio.

Great stay

Pro: The property was very close to the city attractions. Although the building is quite old and the shared areas were extremely dated and poorly maintained—giving a bad first impression—the apartment itself was beautifully renovated, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable

Contro: I really didn’t like the entrance and hallways of the building — they were very old

Convenient apartment within walking distance e to train station & attractions

Pro: * Convenient location close to the main train station and tourist attractions…. Easy walking distance. * We felt safe and secure within apartment * An ideal studio apartment for up to four people.

Contro: * Although outside the property’s control, we did witness numerous drug activities within the street, including at the main entry door to the apartment building. The location was also very noisy on Friday & Saturday nights.

Nice comfortable apartment off quiet street but still in great location.

Pro: This is a nicely equipped apartment for a family or group of 4. The double bed is quite comfortable and the sofa bed is suitable for two if they are not oversized. There is a nice stovetop microwave and fridge. Location is good being 5 mins away from train station and tram from the airport. It’s about 10-15min walk to the main sightseeing area. There is also a Carrefour Express nearby. Lockbox was convenient way to pick up keys and they allowed us to drop off luggage at 1130am despite check in is 3pm. Lots of luggage storage facilities nearby.

Contro: Apartment is on the 1st floor which you have to walk up as there no lift. Not a problem for us but could be if you have elderly folks with you. Also entrance was a bit dark as they have energy saving lights. So you have to make sure you know where they are to turn them on.

Pro: 10~15 minute walk to all main places, 2 minute from train station. Super kind and fast response from the host.

Good location, value for money

Pro: A professional and friendly team operates the apartment. The message replied promptly. Good location, near bus stop and metro. There are restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Recommended.

Contro: Washing machine malfunctioned on the first day. Spent few days to figure out it can't be fixed. But the management team is really helpful to offer the coin laundry shop location nearby and reimburse the fee to us.

Modern apartment in an older building, great central location

Pro: Modern apartment in an older building. Location of this property was great for what we wanted and the apartment was well equipped for a short stay. Easy walk to train station and historic centre. The area around the back of the train station is a little unsavoury at night but we quickly worked out an alternative walking route to the apartment that avoided most of it. Don't walk out the back of the train station - head out the front and go the long way and your experience will be considerably more pleasant! Contro: Online check was a bit difficult and we didn't enjoy the process. The washing machine took a little while to work out but we were grateful to have it available. No lift so be aware that you will need to be able to carry your luggage up to the first floor apartment. It wasn't a big deal for us but just something to be aware of if you have limited mobility or a lot of luggage. Location around train station is a bit dodgy at night. Main issue was the cleanliness of the cups and dishes. We had to rewash them prior to use. Otherwise the apartment was all very clean.

Lovely apartment for city break

Pro: Really nice spacious apartment. Comfortable beds and strong air con. Convenient location near central train station/city centre. Clean with good range of facilities (fridge, freezer, microwave, hobs, dishwasher, washing machine) Checkin/out process was very straight forward.

Contro: A few minor issues: toilet roll holder was loose. No space to leave shower gel/shsmpoo inside the shower. The start button for the washing machine usually took a few tries to get it going.

Great quiet, well located apartment!

Pro: Very quiet area, well located to reach the main attractions of Firenze. Great amenities, toaster, fridge, etc all worked well Make sure to check out Antica Friggitotia dell Alberto, next street over, excellent take out restaurant!
