Pro: Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Nessuna difficoltà nella gestione.

Buon appartamento per gruppi di amici

Pro: Tutto perfetto, posizione buona, il centro è raggiungibile facilmente con i mezzi ma anche a piedi. I proprietari rispondono molto in fretta in caso di qualche dubbio.

Pro: Molto bello e vicino al centro ,Anita molto disponibile e gentilissima lo consiglio,ci ritorniamo sicuramente

Contro: Tutto bene e pulito

Soggiorno molto accogliente nel complesso

Pro: La struttura è molto ampia e accogliente, la cucina dotata di ogni comfort e la presenza di due bagni molto indicata per dei viaggi di gruppo.

Contro: La pulizia della struttura potrebbe migliorare, inoltre l’unico mezzo di trasporto che lo collega al centro è un autobus.

Pro: La casa è spaziosa e pulita buon rapporto qualità prezzo.. ci tornerei volentieri..

Walking around Florence

Pro: The apartment has a good location, it was possible to park on the street for free. There is a large supermarket nearby and a pharmacy if needed.

Contro: There was no broom or mop or mop available. There was a fan in all three rooms, but with these temperatures of 40 degrees, you might consider another option, such as air conditioning.

Pro: The apartment is close to many bus or tram stops. It is in a nice area and we could also walk to the city centre (about 30 minutes). The apartment was very clean and we communicated well with Luigi.

Contro: The apartment had only a very small fridge, as the normal fridge didn't work. The stove didn't work properly and also the shower cabin and the shower head were quite broken. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes.

Great place for a comfortable stay with family and kids.

Pro: Clean and nice appartments with planty of space, especially valuable when you traveling with family. Very welcoming host, who is willing and ready to address any occuring problems. Quit environment, about 20 min walk to Florence center. We enjoyed the stay. Will recommend to anyone who wants to catch the vibe of the old city and at the same time maintain the home-stay comfort.

The best choice for our stay

Pro: Very comfortable apartments that are definitely worth the money. Very close to the city center , literally everything is just 2–3 tram stops away. All the rooms were very clean. The host was very pleasant and always available, and the staff member was kind enough to show us around and explain absolutely everything in detail! Highly recommended ❤️

Pro: Entre las cosas que más nos gustaron, está el espacio, ya que mi familia es de 6 inclusive, por lo que setuvimos muy cómodos; además el sector, es muy tranquilo, también la ubicación, permite estar muy cerca del centro; así mismo, me gusto que esté cerca de un supermcado, ya que pudimos comprar comida para prepara en la cocina, que tiene los utencilios necesario para preparar alimentos.

Contro: Respecto a esto no tengo comentarios, para mi el departamento estuvo muy bien.
