Pro: la posizione potrebbe sembrare scomoda per chi non è un camminatore ma a risolvere il problema ci sono delle linee urbane di bus attaccate alla casa che vanno ovunque. io mi sono trovato bene su praticamente tutto, se non si è puntigliosi è la casa giusta per una coppia che vuole viaggiare

Contro: la pulizia del pavimento e risolverei il problema dell'odore che si sente spesso nel bagno e il problema con la pressione bassa dell'acqua( questo è stato un problema solo in pochi momenti)

Pro: Close to the city center, we walked to all the places by foot. Area is nice, big supermarket is very close. Kitchen is well equipped. Host allowed us to check-in a little bit earlier than our check-in time which was very nice and even left us bottle of Chianti was as a welcome gift.

Contro: Door locks are really hard to open, both apartment one and outside door, there wasn't a time when we could open it from the first try. Often there was a sewerage smell from the bathroom. Also would be nice to have some instructions on trash sorting.

Recommend the Stay

Pro: Perfect location for me, being slightly out of the busy centre. Walked around most days and there's a bus right outside the house too. Clean and got a bottle of wine and my sheets and towels changed on a longer stay :)

A great little studio perfect to visit Florence

Pro: A warm friendly welcome - even a nice bottle of Chianti as a welcome gift - a great studio flat on the ground floor, 15 to 20 mins to the historic centre, just a few minutes off Piazza de la Libertà and located within a vibrant community with a nice food market and shops nearby. Studio flat is well equipped, kitchenette, aircon etc and a beautiful bathroom.

Contro: Although Graziano showed me around the studio, perhaps leaving a more detailed welcome pack / instructions in the studio would be even more helpful (use of aircon and electric cooker) it took me a while to figure it out. But this is a minor thing.

Pro: It's close to the city centre, you can get by foot to all major attractions, there is also a supermarket and a market and the host is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Còmode i agradable

Pro: El tracte per part del propietari i el llit molt còmode i la dutxa ben equipada.

Contro: La finestra no es podia obrir. Per la resta tot molt bé!

Es war ein sehr erreignissvoller und schöner Aufenthalt

Pro: Es war eine sehr schöne und wohlige Unterkunft! Sie ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Contro: Es ist nicht ein „nicht gefallen“ eher ein bescheid wissen…die Dusche wird vermutlich eine Boilerdusche gewesen sein da es nicht endlos warmes Wasser hat

Pro: Appartement très cosy A 20mm à pied du centre, supermarché à 5mm Hôte très sympathique

Contro: Un peu bruyant parfois au vu du trafic
