Pro: Struttura bellissima e molto curata!! 100 e lode per posizione, arredamento e supporto.

Contro: Manca un appendigiacche all’ingresso. Ma ho già proposto ai gestori una soluzione economica e pratica. Così la prossima volta che veniamo vedremo se la hanno accolta ;)

Pro: Alloggiando sempre in hotel 4/5 stelle questa volta ho voluto provare in appartamento ! Beh! Favoloso Pulitissimo / nuovissimo /centralissimo! Tornerò Mamo experience top!!! Saluti!

Ci ritornerei e/o lo consiglierei ad amici

Pro: Posizione ottima, dieci minuti a piedi da duomo e da uffizi, appena fuori dal caos ma con bar e ristoranti a un passo, casa molto silenziosa, bagno piccolo ma doccia ottima, letti comodi, cucina fornita per 4 persone, lavastoviglie, service telefonico tempestivo anche nel risolvere subito l'unico problema incontrato (una finestra non si chiudeva del tutto)

Contro: wifi

Very tastefully decorated, practical and very comfortable apartment!

Pro: Everything about the apartment was great, service staff was also excellent!

Contro: The three flights of stairs was a little difficult with two heavy suitcases, but that was only on the first and last day. The only real drawback on the property was the proximity to the square where loud partying went on until the early morning hours, mostly on weekends, but also some week nights.

Ιt is highly recommended.

Pro: The apartment is in an excellent location, in the heart of Florence. Beautiful, renovated, and clean. It does not have an elevator, but even though we had a baby and a stroller, I think it was worth choosing it. Communication with the people who manage the property was good.

Contro: A major drawback is the charge for the baby cot.

Central Florence Stay

Pro: Great location - 10 minutes from pretty much all the main attractions in Florence Well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need Very comfortable Excellent air con Great value for money overall

Contro: Its a little noisy - no more than expected for city centre but I am glad I had my earplugs! Be aware 3x flights of stairs and no elevator

Pro: The apartment was conveniently located close to the Duomo and other major attractions. We were able to get around on foot. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Contro: It was quite a hike up the stairs with suitcases. The apartment windows are not double glazed, so if you don't mind hearing people at the restaurants nearby, it's a great place to stay. It is a pity that we were not made aware of the underground street pjpe repairs. It was really loud and disturbed us each morning as the work started really early with no consideration for people staying in the neighbourhood.

Pro: Very nice location. Quiet zone, yet close to everything. Clean and comfortable apartment. Very nice and friendly staff. Easy to check in and out. Would really like to rent this place again since it had washing machine, dishwasher, nice kitchen and a big bedroom with great wardrobe. Very nice sofa bed, so we arranged like two bedrooms in the evening 😀

Contro: I liked everything but would like a hanger for jackets at the front door and maybe a small stool to unfold your suitcase in ⭐ And also an easier way to access the wifi! But overall, so nice place.

Comfortable stay and well located!

Pro: The check-in instructions were very clear so it was easy to proceed. The apartment looked brand new, is well furnished and bedding was comfortable. It’s very well located with loads of restaurants nearby.

Contro: To get in the building, the guests must call the property’ support agent so they open the entrance door remotely. Nevertheless, the agent answered very quickly and was nice. Although it was not an issue for us, it’s worth noting that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without lift.

Great value for money

Pro: You have everything you need for a short or long stay in the heart of Florence. Although located in an old building the apartment itself is very modern and well equipped.

Contro: It could be noisy during the night in the last days of the week because of the lively neighbourhood but not that frustrating so to skip the possibility to stay there.
