Consigliatissimo

Pro: Appartamento molto carino, appare proprio così come nelle foto. In centro di Firenze, si arriva dappertutto a piedi.

Pro: I titolari della struttura hanno dimostrato sin dal primo momento un'ospitalità ed una gentilezza difficilmente riscontrabili nelle strutture ricettive odierne. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Comfortable (but noisy) in the heart of Florence

Pro: Very central apartment and close by foot to everything you wanna see in Florence. Good accommodations, spacious bedrooms and good kitchen with most of basic utensils.

Contro: It's very noisy outside due to restaurants and pubs that are open until late. The windows have poor acoustic isolation, so if you have problems to sleep with noise I suggest getting a place not in the heart of the town.

Pro: The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Lots of space. Checkin was super easy.

Contro: It does get rather busy in the street below at night, but the windows block most of the noise.

The apartment was located in an amazing position, just 5 minutes from the Duomo,10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and 10 min

Pro: Beautiful apartment located in the centre of Florence. Very clean and spacious apartment.

Contro: The property is located above a piazza of about 5 restaurants that can be quite loud until the early hours of the morning.

Overall a really great location, lovely host and clean and comfortable apartment - would definitely recommend.

Pro: Amazing, central location! There is the grocery store down the road which is so convenient, and you are within 10 min walk to many of the sites to see!

Contro: Being that it is so central, you are directly above a few bars and restaurants - we found it really difficult to sleep on a Friday night. All other nights no issues at all with the windows closed :)

Pro: The location is just perfect. Everything within 10min of walking... Also supermarket, restaurants and bars at d door!

Ideal para tres personas

Pro: La ubicación estaba perfecta, a tres o cuatro cuadras del Duomo. El apartamento cumplía con las condiciones ofrecidas en el aviso. Limpieza correcta, comedor amplio, baño con los elementos necesarios para higiene personal (shampoo, jabón, etc.). Al lado funciona un restaurante, propiedad de los mismos dueños, almorzamos allí, con un descuento por ser inquilinos. La atención del arrendador fue amable, nos entregó las llaves antes de tiempo y nos permitió dejar las maletas mientras se realizaba la limpieza del apartamento. Nos sentimos cómodos en nuestra estadía.

Contro: La escalera de entrada era muy angosta y empinada, por lo que nos contaron allí hubo una iglesia en tiempos remotos. No es un impedimento, pero no es ideal para personas con movilidad reducida ni para subir o bajar maletas.
