An unforgettable view of Florence

Pro: The renovated apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the historic building. It has a bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen, a large bathroom and a gorgeous terrace overlooking the Cattedrale Santa Maria del Fiore and the Basilica Santa Croce.

Contro: It should be noted that to get to the apartment you will have to make a greater effort than usual because the floors are higher than today's standard (maybe the equivalent of the 5th floor). The steps of the stairs are higher and this requires a greater effort to climb. A break on the 2nd floor is mandatory if you have a large and heavy suitcase. But the view from the terrace is definitely worth making this effort.

We loved it!

Pro: Homy apartement in the center of Florence. Easy walk to all places of interest. Good restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. We used the two sofa beds in the living room. They had good mattrasses. Good arconditioning. There is a roof terras with beautifull sight on area around.

Contro: There are 5 stairs to walk to the apartment. But this is worth it.

Pro: Byt je kousíček od hlavních památek, v blízkém okolí je spoustu obchodů, restaurací, taxi stanovišť... Z obrovské terasy je výhled na kopuli Santa Maria del Fiore a zvonici. Byt je plně vybaven od tužky, přes dámské hygienické potřeby, nechybí ani třeba svíčky, nůžky ... najdete tam většinu věcí, co máte doma. Kuchyň je také plně vybavená (včetně myčky, mikrovlnky, konvice ale i toustovače), je zde i pračka, vnitřní krb. Jedna ložnice s dvojpostelí a v obýváku jsou 2 samostatné postele. Spoustu polštářů, dostatek ručníků. Na Itálii byl byt čistý, uvítali bychom větší pořádek, dost nádobí jsme přemývali, ačkoliv to ve většině ubytování bývá výhradně v režii nájemníků, takže nejspíš i tady. Ale líbilo se nám tam, výhled byl famózní, blízkost centra také vynikající, mohli jsme si vše brzy ráno prohlédnout bez davů a celkově jsme vše zvládli obejít pěšky. Majitelka je velmi vstřícná a nápomocná.

Contro: Pro méně pohyblivé nájemníky můžou být velkým problémem schody, ale to je daň za ten výhled.

Great stay!

Contro: Waiting half hour for somebody to come to get us keys.

Very comfortable apartment with amazing terrace with your own view of Duomo and Florence!!

Pro: Great apartment, good use of space and lots of storage. Absolutely amazing private patio with stunning views of Duomo and countryside with very nice patio furniture. Host is amazing- even took us on a tour!! The area is great, walking distance to everything, go to Conad for groceries or the Mercatos. Lots of great restaurants and wine bars. Really a great location and an easy to work with host

Contro: Lots of stairs to get to the penthouse view- but so worth it!! Apartment is at top of complex.

Pro: Niesamowity widok, mieszkanie klimatyczne, świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Florencji.Dobre wyposażenie zarówno kuchnia, łazienka, zachowana prywatność.

Contro: Nic
