Pro: Ottima posizione comodissima per visitare il centro di Firenze. Molto pulito gestore molto gentile
Contro: A noi non ha dato fastidio ma se qualcuno cerca pace e tranquillità non è il posto giusto! Il centro di Firenze è davvero molto rumoroso sia la sera tardi che al mattino presto , molto presto la vita riprende intorno alle 5,30 anche nel weekend

Appartamento fantastico, da ritornarci!
Pro: Appartamento molto carino, comodo e pulito. Posizione davvero ottima, consente di visitare agevolmente tutto il centro storico di Firenze
Contro: Nonostante fosse ben insonorizzato, purtroppo la mattina i camion dei netturbini sono molto rumorosi. Problematica decisamente passabile visti tutti i pregi

Soggiorno 5 stelle
Pro: La posizione dell'appartamento, i servizi offerti e la pulizia. La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici! Proprietaria gentilissima. Siamo una famiglia e viaggiamo con la nostra amica a 4 zampe Zelda, un bracco ungherese, che è stata accolta senza problemi nè sovrapprezzo. Se tornerò a Firenze vorrei soggiornare di nuovo qui!

Pro: Borgo20 è veramente delizioso e completo di ogni confort, ben pulito e soprattutto ha un'ottima posizione nel cuore di Firenze, a due passi dal Duomo. Leila ci ha accolto con grande disponibilità ed è stata super accogliente. Borgo20 è stata un'ottima scelta sotto ogni punto di vista!

Pro: Extremely close to Duomo, very central in the old town. Convenient for life and visiting tourist hotspots. with Reasonable price and easy check-in
Contro: smaller in space, not very cooling air conditioner no laundry machine.

Pro: The location is fantastic. The property is pretty and spacious for 4 people staying.
Contro: The shower for hot water wasnt very stable for the first 2 nights, but then it fixed after. The air conditioning is a bit weak for the heat wave, but I guess it's still way better compared to many places in Europe. At least there is an air conditioner. If there's a washing machine, this will be a bonus.

Pro: Large enough for 4 people with suit cases. Kitchen had everything needed and show was also large enough
Contro: Had to take the rubbish out at the end which required an app to be downloaded and t registered. Something that rhe host and cleaning fee should cover as it was a little confusing. But once you figure out the system it was easy.

Pro: Staff were great with communication, in an amazing location right in the centre of everything, great facilities in the apartment.
Contro: A bit noisy due to the central location.

Close to amenities and top attractions
Pro: The location is fabulous, right at the heart of the city. Minutes away from attractions and food. The uffizi and river is around 10 minutes walk away. Regarding the apartment, it's spacious enough for two people and is on the first floor. Bed is comfortable, there is heating, closet space, kettle, coffee maker and cooking utensils and kitchenware. Private bathroom also fine with fresh towels and Instant hot water for showers - but bring your own shampoo and gel.
Contro: One issue about being so centrally located is the street it's on does get noisy at night, but also very early in the morning. The windows didn't really soundproof the apartment and even with earplugs I still awoke around 6am every morning. I think it's only fair to mention this. Like someone else mentioned, there were no tea towels! Though there is a sponge and washing liquid (we did not use the dishwasher).
