On the Duomo - Super Chic

Gorgeous apartment and the best location.

Pro: Location is amazing. The secret room was so much fun.

Contro: The 6 flights of stairs with large bags was a task, but like everywhere in Italy, you just gotta roll with it!

Pro: Excellent location in the centre and close to all attractions and restaurants. The apartment was very cosy and had all the required household appliances.

Contro: Check out time at 10 am was very early, and it's 3 flights of stairs to the apartment, with no lifts.

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and centrally located

Pro: It was a very comfortable property for four people, it was clean, and comfortable with a great central location close to many of the sights, shops, restaurants, the Duomo, and museums. The host/owner was excellent, responsive and very helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay.

Contro: The property is at the top of the building and up a number of staircases and does not have an elevator making it difficult to carry heavy luggage unless you are physically fit. The shower was smaller than expected making it difficult for anyone over average height and size to use. The shower water pressure was also low and showers took longer than normal as a result. There is room in the bathroom to put a larger shower enclosure in and also a shower pump to increase the pressure would help.

A comfortable, secure, extremely quiet and central location .

Pro: Excellent location in the heart of Florence very close to duomo , the host is very helpful , Can fit easily up to 4 adult .

Contro: The stairs( no lift ) but the host had organise someone to help with luggage .

Beautiful, comfortable and immaculate apartment In the heart of Florence

Pro: The location was perfect, literally a minute away from the Duomo, but tucked away in a small street so it was quiet too Well equipped and immaculately clean

Contro: Nothing at all From start to finish it met all our needs and some… Even the owner being super helpful with clear guidance on how to find and get into the apartment We would strongly recommend this accommodation

Excellent Location, Spacious,

Pro: Maisonette type Room: Excellent location to the touristic spots and good restaurants, specious, Comfortable, I loved to hear the church bell,

Contro: Cardio-challenging stairs with suitcases. The shower unit was rather small but probably local standard..(?) When we arrived, there were some dirty dishes left in the dish washer, made us disappointed.

Close to everything, cosy and comfortable!

Pro: The location between the Duomo and San Lorenzo was excellent; a touristy street but felt safe on the top floor with a locked gate in between. All major sights and the train station within 10-20 minutes walk. The view from the dormer window was a lovely surprise! Cosy and warm for wintertime stay.

Contro: The bathroom was clean, but may need an upgrade soon. No shelf/ holder for cosmetics in the shower. The drip coffee maker in the photos was replaced with a Nespresso but cups that would fit it were not available. We didn't mind the 71 steps that take one to the apartment (good practice before going up the Duomo!), but anyone with a large suitcase might.
