One of a kind Near The Duomo w/Balcony Palace Apt

ASSOLUTAMENTE OTTIMO!

Pro: La posizione e la struttura erano davvero ciò che cercavamo! Francesca è stata estremamente cortese e disponibile in tutto: le istruzioni erano chiarissime, la casa assolutamente pulita e confortevole.

Contro: Non c'è nulla che non mi è piaciuto, solo da considerare il fatto che ci sono un pò di scale da fare, per cui sicuramente per bambini, anziani o persone con difficoltà potrebbe essere logisticamente complicato.

Pro: Location and host fantastic. Get up in the morning and go downstairs and get a coffee or breakfast. Same with dinner. Very very clean which is super important for us. Apartment well equipped with everything you need when you land. Apartments has everything you need to cook a steak on the first day except the steak!!

Contro: Bathroom a little cramp but then again i am comparing with australia and how long do you spend in the bathroom when on holidays. !! A few stairs and no lift first day to get suitcaes up. but you get use to it and good exercise when on holidays!! Location makes up for it.

Very nice stay with some potential for improvements

Pro: Location was Great, in the middle of florence. Communication was also very fast!

Contro: Apartment was darker at the livibg room as the pictures showed. No keys at the bathromms and water pressure was very low.

We would love to come back very comfortable for a family

Contro: Water pressure in the showers wasn’t that good

Perfect location. Clean comfortable accommodation but missing the wow factor.

Pro: Location couldn’t be better if you want central. Flat was clean, comfortable and amazing to have 3 bathrooms when staying as a big group. Everything worked well and communication from the host was perfect. Balcony was a nice touch albeit very small.

Contro: For the price, it fell a bit short. I know the premium is paid for the location but we expected the small details to be resolved too at the price point. Things like; broken tables, average showers, not enough wine glasses for the number of guests, very limited coffee pods and toilet rolls took the edge off slightly on what was overall a great stay.

Very comfortable apartment in a superb location for exploring central Florence

Pro: The location was superb, very central and close to lots of really good areas to go out in the evenings. Despite this, the apartment was very quiet, we felt we had plenty of space and it was a very comfortable and well equipped base. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms great and kitchen had all we needed (we didn't cook). We had a small issue with the heating and it was sorted within ten mins. The restaurant recommendations in the useful booklet were very good, the only thing I would add is rather than faffing around with a taxi to the airport, there is a very efficient tram within walking distance - much cheaper and couldn't be easier. All in all, it is a great apartment and I would highly recommend it, thank you.

Magical stay in Florence

Pro: The location could not have been better. The apartment was beautiful. Plenty of space for a family. There were 3 bathrooms and showers that all worked really well unlike other reviews mentioned. The balcony view of the duomo outside of one of the bedrooms was magical! We loved our stay. Francesca was super helpful and available even though we did not need anything.

Pro: We booked this property, but there was a fire in the building a few days before our arrival, and we were relocated to another property nearby; therefore, this review is for a different property. There is plenty of room and comfortable for 4 adults. It was nicely decorated, and the seating was comfortable. The windows opened onto the street, making it a great place to people watch.We liked having a washer during our stay, which was in the middle of a 2 week vacation. Our host, Francesca, was delightful and very easy to communicate with.

Contro: The staircase was not very safe. The middle steps are hard to see, and there is a lack of substantial railings. I would not recommend this facility for elderly people or families with small children due to the staircase.

Will come back when I visit next time

Pro: Location is soooo GOOD.. The BEST. It's our 3rd time visiting Florence. This airbnb is by far the best we've stayed in Florence. It worked out really well for my big family. We are a family of 7 (three little kids)
