Cinque Passi - Sweet Dreams in Florence

Pro: Appartamento strepitoso in pieno centro. Molto curato e pulito. Ottimi i servizi offerti (asciugacapelli, piastra, macchina del caffè....) Sicuramente lo metterei al primo posto e ci tornerei anche subito , veramente stupendo e accogliente.

Contro: Consiglierei visto la bellissima zona cucina di fare trovare perlomeno le cose principali per cucinare come olio,aceto,sale,pepe

Pro: Locatia excelenta, la 3 minute de Piazza del Duomo. Curat si confortabil, personalul amabil. Foarte simplu de ajuns , foarte simpla si utila varianta de self check in/out. Am avut o neplacere legata de usa de la toaleta , dar am anuntat si au remediat problema.

Contro: Se aud zgomote de la localurile din apropiere, dar nu e foarte deranjant. As fi dorit o flexibilitate mai mare in legatura cu orele de check out.

Pro: Ubicación excelente. Alojamiento acogedor y cómodo. La empresa anfitriona es solícita y responde rápidamente a los mensajes.

Contro: Hay un par de pubs en la plaza que da a la parte trasera del edificio y se escuchaba a la gente en la calle por la noche.

Pro: The location was excellent and the private balcony was great.

Contro: The loft was very warm, the air conditioning did not cool that area. It would have been nice to be given more coffee pods, considering how many people in our group and how long we were staying.

Pro: Allt. Perfekt läge, fanns allt man behövde. Fräscht och modernt

Contro: Var ganska lyhört från barerna vid torget om man är känslig för ljud.

Modernes Apartment mit kleinen Mängeln

Pro: Die Lage ist unübertroffen, vom Hauseingang sieht man den Dom, der in zwei Minuten zu erreichen ist! Die Umgebung weist genügend Geschäfte und Lokalitäten auf, sodass die Verpflegung gewährleistet war. Die Ausstattung war etwas spärlich, aber Spül- und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Uns fehlte allerdings eine Kaffeekanne, da wir keine Kaffeepads mögen. Die Wohnung liegt vier Treppen hoch ohne Lift, das hat uns nichts ausgemacht, man muss es aber wegen der Koffer bedenken.

Contro: Es gab nur einen Schlüsselsatz, für drei Leute zu wenig! Die vordere Dusche lief über, wohl nicht zum ersten Mal, da sich das Parkett davor schon gehoben hatte. Die Türklinke an der Schlafzimmertür fiel immer wieder auseinander, ebenso der Schließer an der Wohnungstür. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, und uns fehlte ein Safe.

Pro: Locatia a fost cea care ne-a placut cel mai mult. Este situat in centrul orasului si este foarte aproape de ajuns oriunde. Ne-a placut foarte mult ca au fost 2 bai si ca totul este utilat si poate fi folosit.

Contro: Nu ne-a placut faptul ca am platit o taxa de curatenie 85 de euro. Intr-adevar a fost curat, nu ma pot plange de asta, dar ne-au pus sa ducem gunoiul la plecare, asta inseamna sa te plimbi pe strazi cu sacii de gunoi. Geamurile nu se inchid foarte bine, iar galagia de pe strada se aude ca si cum ar fi langa tine.
