Pro: Great location,we walked to everywhere, attractions, shops, restaurant, very close to train station too! Nice building,high ceilings,very charismatic.Spacious bedroom, suit for family. Beds are comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. And all other facilities are there, easy to use. Host is very friendly and informative, good communication timely. We all love this place and will try again in the future.

Spacious, Clean, Close to Attractions & Responsive Host
Pro: Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful rustic furnishings & a well equipped kitchen overlooking a courtyard. It's clean & within walking distance to all the attractions. The host is very attentive, helpful, and responsive to all messages.
Contro: Climbing 3 flights of stairs as there's no elevator, but the lovely apartment is worth the climb😅.

Great apartment
Pro: 3 spacious bedrooms, great for groups. Good size shower. Cozy kitchen and lounge area. Washing machine and clothes line was great. Even though it was a busy street, noise wasn’t a problem as there were shutters. Excellent communication from host.
Contro: Beds were very firm but that is a matter of preference. More coffee pods needed to be provided, we only got 3 but we were a group of 4. The apartment is on the top floor with no lift, so only book if you are fit!

Very nice apartment in a great location
Pro: Three large bedrooms, spacious bathroom, great location (10 minute walk from the train station and historical centre), a very nice and clean apartment.
Contro: Sitting out on the balcony was not possible due to the air conditioning unit blowing out hot air, the weather was very hot (38⁰+) so maybe that was a factor.

We found that this apartment was close enough for us to get to where ever we needed. Trains, buses and trams easily acce
Pro: Well positioned to restaurants, markets and train. Very quiet. Spacious bedrooms, good size washing machine, ability to cook meals and aircon in lounge and bed rooms. Paola was extremely helpful and accommodating, by allowing us to drop our bags off. Paola is very friendly and did everything she could to help make our stay a great one
Contro: There wasn’t anything we disliked about the property.

Lovely apartment in great location.
Pro: Location was good, Apartment was very nice & great communication with our host Paola. Close to trains and trams and 5 minute stroll to town centre.
Contro: Air conditioning was not really cold when several units ran together.

Perfect location, wonderful hosts and huge apartment.
Pro: The location was perfect and central to all restaurants, attractions, and the train station. Also, the hosts were so helpful with restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself was clean and had a lot of space.

Loved Florence and enjoyed coming home to a lovely unit.
Pro: Well equipped with washing machine and 3 large bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was clean, light and airy. It was hot so we enjoyed the air-conditioned comfort. Paolo is just lovely.
Contro: Do be aware there are stairs to climb for this property. Once you are in the apartment you feel safe and it’s quiet at night.
