Pro: Ottima location, vicinissima alla stazione e al centro storico. Ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario che ci ha offerto un graditissimo cesto di benvenuto e ci ha fornito preziose informazioni pratiche sulla città. Sufficientemente silenzioso, pulizia impeccabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Contro: L'appartamento è situato in una via tranquilla, ma non è sufficientemente isolato dal punto di vista acustico per cui i rumori provenienti dall'esterno, soprattutto la mattina presto, si percepiscono distintamente.

Great size apartment with everything you need.

Pro: The apartment was the perfect size for a family of four. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the facilities were everything we needed. Paolo was very helpful and gave some useful tips on where to shop and how to get around.

Contro: We were too busy exploring Florence to really notice anything wrong with the apartment. No complaints.

Pro: Perfect home away from home, Paolo was great, made us feel very welcome and gave us some good local tips on exploring Florence. The apartment had a nice feel with many character features and plenty of space for family of 5. Highly recommend to anyone. 10/10

Pro: Paulo was very helpful and kind. I’ve stayed in Florence several times and this is by far the best place I’ve been. We will definitely come again.

Pro: I have to start with the host Paolo who is very helpful and affable. He welcomed us with small welcome gifts, which was nice of him. The appartment is clean, comfortable, spacious and well furnished and in a good location, close to all attractions. There is no noise and one can rest. I would also say that the apartment looks even better when you see it than in the pictures. We had a great time.

Pro: The apartment was close to all the major attractions and just far enough from the crowds. It also had all the amenities needed away from home. Paolo was a gracious host, we really enjoyed staying here.
