Pro: A warm and private welcome. They showed us the apartments with genuine interest and answered all our questions. We liked the location of the apartments, which gave us peace and comfort after busy days. Walking distance from the oldest center of the city. The breath of history in the interior with a characteristic Italian color, waking up to the songs of owls and starlings. It is possible to relax on the spacious balcony, which overlooks the garden of the house. I was especially pleased with the historic elevator, which still works well. Two toilets in the apartments are a considerable comfort! The advantage of the location is that all modes of transport, train, tram, bus, are within a few minutes' walk.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment in a very pleasant location with a lovely view 😊

Pro: The apartment had two comfortable bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. It was close to city tram, which took us practically everywhere in Florence. The staff was very friendly and easily reached. We had a pleasant stay.

Pro: El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente, es confortable, limpio y amplio. El anfitrión te da las maximas facilidades y te solventa cualquier complicación que pueda surgir. Altamente recomendable.

Estupendo para visitar Florencia

Pro: Precioso, piso antiguo de techos altísimos, con ventanales grandes y vistas a una zona verde desde el salón. Muy céntrico y señorial.

Contro: Nos quedamos dos noches y tuvimos que comprar hasta jabón para lavar los platos. Había lavavajillas pero sin pastillas, así como una cafetera pero sin cápsulas. Dado el precio y el nivel de las instalaciones, hubiéramos esperado esos detalles.
