Lovely modern property, great location walking distance to Duomo

Pro: The property location is excellent. About 6-minute walk to the Duomo but far enough away from the crowds. Right around the corner are lots of restaurants and cafes. Very convenient.

Contro: The property is a lovely modern renovation and includes a small rooftop deck. Great sitting area, bathroom etc. The only real drawback is that one of the rooms is on the smaller side and access is via a small, twisting staircase (you can see in the photos). Overall, really nice property and photos are accurate.

Amazing Stay

A lovely apartment in a great location.

Pro: Lovely fittings and finishing and great location. The view from the living room is a lovely streetscape. Victoria was very accommodating and personable.

Contro: No view from the main bedroom or the terrace and the second bedroom is small with access to the second bathroom via a spiral staircase which is a bit tricky at night.

The perfect place to stay!

Pro: The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay in Florence! The accommodation contains endless features and was not only beautifully furnished but well equipped (it has a private terrace and also a steam shower which we all loved!). This was the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring the city. We could not recommend this wonderful property any higher! It was amazing from start to finish!

Pro: really cool apartment, lots of space, amazing location

Pro: We loved the apartment. Liked sitting by patio doors looking out at the street below , enjoying a glass of wine. The apartment had everything you would need including a washing machine and a dryer. We were given a bottle of prosseco on arrival , milk , bacon , water etc which was a nice touch.

Contro: Skirting coming away near bed so husband stubbed his toe. WiFi wasn't great. The televisions were set at a restricted volume which was far too low especially in the bedroom. The terrace at the top of the apartment has planters above on other apartments. On the second day one of these planters had fallen above the doorway to the terrace. A metal bracket had come off and was hanging above the door. If I hadn't spotted the bracket it could have fallen on my head.. If you not steady on your feet there are a lot of steps leading up to the apartment. There's no lift so you can struggle with a suitcase.

Wonderful memories made with the family in a beautiful city.

Pro: It was remarkable. Location within minutes of the Duomo and a small piazza underneath with great restaurants and a lovely vibe in the evenings. The apartment was very spacious and Claudio was very helpful at all times. We would definitely return.

Stylish apartment in central Florence

Pro: We stayed as a group and enjoyed the modern, comfortable and well-decorated apartment. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The location was fantastic - close to the cathedral and with a small fruit and vegetable market and other shops downstairs. The kitchen was large and we enjoyed making a home-cooked meal together. The host welcomed us with an extensive tour of the apartment and also provided a bottle of sparkling wine for us to share.

Contro: We attempted to wash and dry our clothing, but the dryer was ineffective (which was an issue as it was raining while we stayed). It would have been nice to stow our luggage at the apartment after checking-out (while the cleaners visited) but unfortunately this was not possible. The kitchen was missing some small (but helpful) items such as cleaning products, tea towels or extra bin bags.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Pro: Wir wurden herzlich von Viktoria empfangen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, und mehr ( Sauna Dusche ). Es ist mit den Steinwänden ein tolle Atmosphäre. Der Balkon ist ein tolles Extra. Die beiden Sessel am bodentiefen Fenster , toll. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und die Lage ist sehr zentral um Florenz zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Great place in Florence.

Pro: Cool place in a great location. Good hosts and everything is pretty much brand new. Located above the coolest little bar in Florence.

Contro: The stairs are a little treacherous and definitely for the young. If you need room to go up and down stairs or are not nimble, this is not the place for you. The HVAC in the main area is tricky to operate and needs a long time to cool the space down. It eventually worked, but took some engineering to figure out.
