Location stupenda a Firenze

Pro: Tutto fantastico!!L’appartamento é nuovo e molto curato nell’arredo e nei dettagli. La posizione è comodissima, in una zona residenziale tranquilla a veramente due passi dal centro storico. L’host é stato veramente disponibile e gentile.

Contro: Niente

Pro: Una notte da favola, letto comodissimo e soprattutto dopo una giornata piena di visite e scoperte del luogo, un silenzio assoluto dell’appartamento per un riposo completo. Appartamento arredato con studio ed occhio al dettaglio, ed una cura alla pulizia!

Contro: Tutto era perfetto!

Pro: Struttura stupenda, appartamento modernissimo e pulitissimo. Il proprietario dopo che ho prenotato mi ha contattato perché c’era un errore nel prezzo ma non ha annullato o chiesto il restante dei soldi, anzi si è scusato per l’errore e mi ha assicurato che non dovevo dare altri soldi per la prenotazione perché e stato un errore loro. Gentilissimo ma soprattutto onesto grazie mille ancora.

Clean, Well-Equipped, and Comfortable Stay

Pro: The accommodation is very nice and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, a private entrance, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A nice place, with a convenient location

Pro: The place was equipped with good quality appliances, was modern with nice art decoration, and in good conditions . Beds were of good quality (sofa as bed as well) .It was conveniently on the ground floor (with bars on the windows if you wanted to leave them open, but we preferred the airco, (efficient but quiet enough) being 37C outside . It's nice that there is a small recess with trees in front of the entrance of the apartment, so you're a few metres away from the street and don't hear the road traffic. There is a bus stop close by (17, 23) and the recommended parking to book by yourself is about 100m away (20€/24h). The hop-on hop-off bus stop nr4 (line A) is basically at the end of the street. There are a few restaurants within a few hundred metres walk too. The host replied quickly to our questions .which was appreciated.

Contro: We had requested the 2nd bedroom ti be prepared as 2 single beds, but it was made as a double bed. After exchanging a few messages we were told where to find spare sheets and made the sofa as the 3rd bed. The shower didn't drain at all, so we had to clean the drain ourselves in order to shower in the morning before going out for the day. They would have come to do it but much later and we needed to get ready before . It's a shame the toilet is in the bathroom, it makes things a bit more complicated when you're 4 and need access in the morning. There was no sponge in the kitchen to clean dishes or the work suface (luckily, dishwasher liquid was provided) There were no explanations about where to dispose of the garbage/recycling. We thought we needed a card to open the street containers but we later saw people in the street accessing the big containers without .... A guide to this type of things and for the checkout would be useful .

Good location within walking distance of the centre of Florence

Pro: Nice, modern apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, etc. and within 15/20 minutes walk for the centre of Florence. Plenty of Art works around the apartment. Paid parking on the same street and discount arranged by the host.

Contro: Would be a bit small for 4 adults as the sofa bed takes up a big part of the kitchen area. Ideal for 2 adults.

If you don't mind walking to the center, this is the perfect choice: nice and clean.

Pro: Clean, nicely decorated, and very well furnished. Has everything you need although a bit small, my grandparents loved it! Close to a bus stop. Host was responsive.

Contro: If there was housekeeping every 2 or 3 days it would have been better. Also, would have been nice to have a plug in mosquito repellent. The location is good as it is not too far from the center. However, since I was with my grandparents it was a bit of a walk for them. If I knew, I would have chosen a closer accomodation.

Very good

Pro: Very chic, comfortable, nice host with all details discussed before on whatsapp. We had a great time there, and what I liked to most was the fact that it did not look like a normal apartment, it had a certain design that felt like a hotel.

Contro: There was little natural light, huge humidity inside the house and there was a constant noise in one of the bedrooms, something like a water pipe sound during the evening, probably when people from the building showered.

Amazing stay!

Pro: Beautiful, clean and perfectly equipped apartment with parking in the nearby garage. 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Quiet location with one-way road. Close to a bakery, ice cream shop, pizzeria and playground for our daughter:-) Communication with the owner was excellent, nice and very flexibile. We will definitely come back sometime.
