Old Convent in Via De Neri

A delightful stay in Florence.

Pro: If you're visiting Florence and not only want to visit the historical places, but also want to capture the flavour of Florence, then this is the place to be; in the heart of the old city, a short walk from all the significant areas of interest, and on a street busy with local trades.

Contro: Life in the old town's narrow streets is never-ending. Even with a bedroom facing a back street, party-makers and the odd drunken group could still be heard. None of the disturbances lasted long. They were part of the city's atmosphere.

Perfect place close to attractions

Pro: The apartment was situated perfectly to visit all of the popular attractions (in easy walking distance). Everything in the apartment was well labelled and easy to use. Very clean and attractive. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Leonardo communicated well with us. Filtered water from the tap!

Contro: The stairs!

Pro: Everything really. Leonardo was very helpful and a welcoming host. The apartment was very cosy, and had many facilities and thought put into it. It was very clean, with great design and taste. The location of apartment is also very good: the supermarket is only about 2 minute walk away, and the main city attractions are also a few minutes away. The area around is full of restaurants, and many small shops, and even with that, one can have a relaxed atmosphere in the apartment itself. We enjoyed every moment of the stay, will certainly come back again, and recommend it to everyone.

Comfortable stay, near the attractions

Pro: Just a short walk from the Uffizi, Cathedral and squares, but away from the tourist hordes. A few bars and restaurants nearby. Well equipped with stuff - TV, computer etc

Contro: Unfortunately they didn't put elevators into convents in the 13th century - some steep steps.

Pro: Excellent apartments in the historical center of the city. Within walking distance from the apartments there is absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall rating - 10 points on absolutely all points.

Contro: No negative impressions.

Beautiful place in the perfect Location

Pro: Location is perfect, close to everything you'd want to see and experience in Florence. Place was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need during your stay. I will definitely book again!

Pro: Great location for seeing most of the attractions of Florence. Apartment had everything you could need and Leonardo was there to greet us when we arrived and came when we left. He gave us loads of information and was contactable if needed.

Felt like Home ...

Pro: Where can I start from? Leonardo, our Host was an amazing human being. He was in touch with me way before our check-in day providing the exact location, street, and how to get to the apartment. Upon arriving, Leo met us at the street and helped with our luggage etc and explained everything related to our stay. This Apartment made us feel like we are home. Ample of space for a Family of 4 - 5 Pax. We were 3 travelling together and all of us had our own beds. Every little detail related to your stay is printed in a book. Restaurant suggestions, places to visit, how to take a Taxi, how to dispose the garbage, how to operate the washing machine,etc. Every little detail was well thought of. Leo's Apartment is in the heart of Florence's historical area. Main attractions are from 1 minute to 20 minutes radar. I cannot emphasize how good our stay was and how well everything was arranged. We would like to thank Leo for making our Florence stay an exceptional one.

Perfect base for a few days in heart of Florence

Pro: Fantastic location and beautiful apartment. Leonardo gives the most information about every detail , and prompt and helpful communications

Contro: Nothing about it though it’s in the thick of old Florence so some street noise can be expected especially in daytime but the street has the best food coffee and ice cream

Perfect location and apartment!

Pro: Leonardo was the perfect host. He met us at the apartment and helped us with our luggage upstairs. The apartment was clean and spacious and location was perfect.
