Casa torre via de' Nerì by Mmega

Pro: Posizione favolosa in centro comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. Zona ricca di locali. La ragazza che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stata molto disponibile.

Contro: Sono presenti 2 bagni ma quello più piccolo è davvero minuscolo e si allaga facilmente. Abbiamo utilizzato in 4 il restante bagno che si trovava all'interno della camera da letto. Al nostro arrivo mancavano le lenzuola in un letto. Soggiorno ok per poche notti.

Pro: Struttura pulita, spaziosa,sono rimasta contentissima della posizione, reale la distanza descritta.

Contro: Non era al corrente che si trovasse al secondo piano , scomode le scale,

Pro: Appartamento stupendo, arredato con cura, con mobili d'epoca, presenza di affreschi nella stanza da letto, cucina funzionalissima e di qualità, posizione favolosa, strada piena di servizi

Contro: Va segnalato che è un terzo piano con scale molto ripide, d'altro canto il palazzo è antico, nessun problema per noi che siamo sportivi, ma non è adatto per persone con problemi di mobilità

Contro: Stairs are very heavy to walk. Now I can realise the sence of the film 5 flights up. I could't understand why wife wanted to sell house now I guess the rison

Pro: Amazing place! A charming historic Florentine apartment with visible old masonry on the walls, little hidden windows facing the courtyard, and solid, tasteful furniture in every room. Everything is thoughtfully designed for guests’ comfort – from bathroom hooks to a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect central location, with everything within walking distance. Don’t miss the gelateria on the left – their signature cream named after this street is a must-try!

Contro: I enjoyed everything

Pro: The biggest positive is that the apartment is in the middle of the city center. On the 3rd floor of an old house. Fortunately, it doesn't face the street. It feels like it was decorated with love. In the larger bedroom, they also left the old fresco decoration.There is a microwave oven, no kettle, but the kitchen is quite well equipped. You can get a lot of things in a small shop next to the house.

Contro: Unfortunately, the smaller bedroom faces the street, and even though it is a side street, it is sometimes quite loud. The other bedroom overlooks the courtyard. The smaller bathroom is so tiny that you can hardly fit in it. Taking a shower is almost impossible, at least for a small child. When it initially turned out that there was no water coming out of it at all and I reported this, they replied that I should contact the service department. I did not find this normal, which I indicated. But no one came to fix it in 3 days. Anyone who cannot climb stairs, especially unusually high ones, should not come here
