Pro: La posizione eccellente per raggiungere le diverse zone di Firenze a piedi. La struttura antica ma ammodernizzata e dotata di ogni confort. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
Contro: Unica pecca: le istruzioni per il check in in inglese : ce l'abbiamo fatta perché comunque erano dotate anche di foto molto chiare, ma essendo italiana in Italia le avrei apprezzate in italiano

Modern apartment with perfect location
Pro: Location is incredible, you can see the SM novella station from the room, which was handy for our early flight after check out. Main tourist areas are short walk away. Tram stop right outside 24h McDonald's downstairs if you need any late night snacks Apartment was very modern and recently done up Room sizes were big Nice balcony to sit on There is a lift, you need to put a small key to make it work Aircon and central heating available Rain shower and hot water was good Glasses, oven, fridge provided Supermarket is not far Self check in process was clear with good instructions Host was responsive Great place to stay, was quite a deal for something so modern and good location. Was initially skeptical due to only one review at time of booking but very glad I went for it
Contro: Room facing the station does not have enough noise insulation despite the wooden blinds, you can hear the tram and traffic downstairs, especially horning. Tram starts at 445am which makes it worse. Definitely need ear plugs. Other room has no issues with noise. Opening the door that leads to the 3 apartments is quite tricky, you need the right level of force. Not easy if you are tired. Can get frustrating if you can't get it right and need to open it multiple times a day. No kettle Mattresses were thin and soft, can be uncomfortable depending on what you are used to

Lovely stay in Florence
Pro: Beautiful apartment, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Fantastic for a stay in Florence, and in a very convenient location across from the train station. A/C works well. The terrace was a major bonus! The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We were sad when we had to leave!

Excelente departamento
Pro: Es full cómodo. Cerca de todo, sobre todo del tren. Es amplio, con lavadora, camas cómodas y muy limpio. 10/10. Además la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente.
Contro: Faltaron algunas amenidades que otros lugares de menor calidad si tienen: café, azúcar, té.

Mycket bra boende för 2-4 pers centralt intill järnvägsstationen
Pro: Om man som vi reser med tåg är läget exceptionellt bra - precis mitt emot stora stationen i Florens. Och mycket centralt för promenader till alla sevärdheter och fina restauranger. Två fina sovrum, liten balkong mot innergård och litet kök (som vi inte utnyttjade) gör
Contro: Det var inte helt lätt att checka in kvällstid i mörkret via kodlås och instruktioner som skickades först 24 t innan.

Contro: Es un área muy transitada y en ocasiones se puede escuchar mucho ruido en la calle pero con unos tapones de oído el problema se soluciona!

Super Preis Leistung!
Pro: Super Bad, komplette Küche, trotz lauter Lage war es Nachts recht ruhig. Große Zimmer, schöne Terasse.
Contro: Mülltrennung mit Erklärung, wo man den Müll entsorgen muss wäre nett gewesen.
