Pro: La tranquillità, la casa pulita e accogliente, la vicinanza con l'ospedale di Meyer. Spero di ritornare di nuovo.

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento confortevole in zona tranquilla.... anche se distante dal centro comunque ci sono mezzi a disposizione con fermata vicino. Appartamento attrezzato con tutti i comfort siamo stati benissimo.

Pro: Appartamento in un ottima posizione di Firenze, tranquilla, a due passi dalla fermata dell'autobus. ( 10-15 minuti circa di autobus per arrivare in centro) Staff disponibile, all'interno dell'appartamento è tutto nuovo, riscaldamento efficiente.

Contro: Il divano letto è parecchio scomodo, andrebbe rivisto, i due letti matrimoniali invece sono comodi.

Good location for Florence exploration.

Pro: Very good location, close to city center by car. Quiet location, nice views to river. Property was equiped with basic kitchen equipment, nice to see dish washing set - sponge and small dish wash liquid bottle. Excellent communication via WhatsApp with coordinator - rapid answers and solutions.

Contro: There could be a bit more furniture and decorations in rooms, that would add more comfortable feeling.

Pro: Quite, private location, 10 minutes away(by car) from Parterre. Large apartment, confortable beds.

Contro: Is not what I did not liked and it may be just a cultural thing how the kitchen is equipped. But something like a wooden board and a kitchen towel would make quite a difference.

Pro: Staff responded quickly and provided the requested toiletries and bathroom essentials.

Contro: No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Sofa bed was not comfortable

Pro: very clean and nice room, very friendly and caring staff, friendly neighbors and clear instructions for checking in

Contro: Can prepare some napkins for cooking

Pro: Spacious apartment with comfortable beds like hotels. There is free parking and a kitchen with utensils.

Contro: The electricity went out and it couldn't handle three pots of cooking.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend others. Really appreciate the professional staff

Pro: New ,clean, modern, well equipped, spacious property, well equipped kitchen with new utensils; free parking, house in a private and quiet area, nice view, very helpful , professional and responsive staff, professional self check in (provided with a link to fill in), with washing machine. Not too far from the center (we have a car).

Contro: If washing detergent and a frying pan is provided and the bath/shower cabin is fully covered with glass door/curtain is much better. The blinder in the bath room is stucked. We booked for 5 people but the sofa bed was not prepared so we did by ourselves. But these are not big deals, we can manage. If check in information is provided prior to our arrival would be better (you need a code for the gate barrier, if you drive) (luckily we can contact the staff immediately). These are just minor things, we still enjoyed our stay.

Pro: Спокійний район . З помешкання відкривається чудовий краєвид. Чисто. Є все необхідне обладнання. Були проблеми з опаленням але все було вирішено. Самостійний заі́зд дуже зручний, персонал завжди на зв'язку.
