Pro: Posizione ottima. Appartamento pulito, comodo e non mancava niente.

Contro: In una camera da letto mancava dove appendere i vestiti e almeno uno specchio. Bisognerebbe mettere un altro asciugacapelli visto che i bagni erano 2.

Bella dimora

Pro: L'appartamento è in un palazzo storico,in una posizione ottima per visitare la cittá,a due passi da Santa Croce.Gli spazi sono ampi,non manca nulla.Consiglio vivamente!Ideale fino a 8 persone

Great location for spacious and comfortable apartment

Pro: perfect location, beautiful building, very spacious, great views from windows

Contro: having to take out our own trash and recycle a few blocks away was very inconvenient on departure day, and the linkey check-in process is time consuming and made us feel uncomfortable giving so much information and photos about ourselves and especially our small child.

Brilliant location

Pro: Ximena was wonderful and very helpful. The apartment is so close to major attractions and restaurants. We walked everywhere! Beds were great, and the apartment had everything required for a family stay. Air con (essential for summer) and lift both fantastic. Very secure and didn’t hear any street noise other than a little music on Saturday night. It would be tricky to fit 6 people in the living room, but for 4 it’s perfect.

Contro: A couple of issues with kitchen - very slippery floor and broken cabinet fell off, narrowly missing my foot. Washing machine was great (we needed this with two children) but in a low attic space that was tricky to access.

Central location to stay in Florence

Pro: Excellent stay in Florence. Wish we had more time here. As a family of 5, the apartment had 3 generous size bedrooms, kids all had their own bed. 3 toilets was a bonus! Full kitchen, air-conditioning, a lot of living space. Close to everything in Florence, we walked everywhere from our apartment. Our host was always contactable, gave us plenty of notice to fill in the new check-in requirements for accommodation in Italy.

Contro: As it's on the top floor, the lift takes you to level 5 and you need to carry suitcases one more level up. As long as you have a few strong arms it's no problem. Just something to be aware of.

Pro: Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, location couldn’t be better, great communication from host

Comfortable, central location for a large family

Pro: The communication before the stay was EXCEPTIONAL. She usually responded within an hour or two and made every effort to accommodate my special requests. Once I was on site she also answered questions immediately via what's app and offered to book restaurants for us. It was great to find a large flat in the center that could accommodate a family of 7 comfortably, with multiple rooms, three toilets and two showers. The airconditionining was much appreciated during the hottest weeks of the year. The flat itself was exactly as expected from the photos and description. It wasn't luxurious but it was clean and comfortable and homey, like staying at your grandmother's house.

Contro: N/A - I was satisfied but I will give my thoughts on some of the negative comments I have seen from others. We stayed in July when there were a lot of people on the streets at night but we didn't have any issues with the noise from the street. The airconditioning was strong. There were mosquito traps available in the rooms but we had no need to use them as there weren't any insects. A few people have commented on the need to take out their own garbage and recycling as a negative. As someone who lives in a European city, this seems quite normal and natural to me, and it has been the norm in the 10+ flats I've stayed in across Italy, not just a request at this flat.

Good value property which is as described. Communication was good and we were met in person by the host

Pro: There is a lift that takes you to the floor below and the stairs are easy. The bedrooms were a very generous size. Showers were great. It is a busy street but there was hardly any noise either the windows closed. There is air conditioning if needed. There is a taxi stand right outside and a wine window one street away.
