Pro: L'alloggio ha una posizione assolutamente fantastica. È un posto strategico. La camera matrimoniale è assolutamente una chicca. Ottimo anche la zona giorno due bagni e il soppalco con altri due letti e assolutamente una chicca per i nostri figli.

Appartamento spazioso a pochi minuti dal Duomo

Pro: Location davvero centralissima. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e ben attrezzato per usare la cucina. Molto spazioso e ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo soprattutto in tanti ospiti (max 6). Supporto dei proprietari tempestivo via chat, sempre presenti. Se arrivate in auto studiate la strada per i parcheggi della zona perchè le strade sono strette e a senso unico.

Contro: Purtroppo di notte e mattina presto arrivano parecchi rumori dalla strada e anche dalla scala del condominio stesso. Dai bagni arriva uno strano odore, ma visto che si tratta di un palazzo storico penso si possa fare poco. L'appartamento era molto pulito.

Pro: Appartamento bellissimo in una posizione invidiabile. Letto comodissimo, doccia bella calda con bella pressione.Posto auto a due passi...e comunicazione eccellente.tornerei senza pensarci due volte

Spacious apartment in great location to be able to walk and explore the centre of Florence.

Pro: Great location to be able to walk everywhere in Florence! Spacious for up to 6 guests with a really big living area and kitchen.

Contro: The check in procedure was a bit unclear, some links worked and some didn’t. We weren’t told how to get into the apartment until the day before and there were no check out instructions. When I messaged the host contact about checkout there was no reply, so we left at the right time and put the key back where we had found it. We never saw a host in person during our 3 night stay.

Spacious, newly renovated apartment in central location

Pro: - Spacious apartment with comfortable beds - Good air conditioning - Central location - Kitchen well equiped - washing machine - Children liked the big smart TV. (It had netflix installed but you need your own account. Remember to log out before checking out) - Cleaning included. (I dislike rental apartments that require guests to do the cleaning. Who has time for that?) - Stylish Tuscan decoration and charming period features.

Contro: - Bathrooms: newly decorated but no extraction fan, hot, humid and smelly. Silicon seals already stained brown. As other guests had mentioned - drains smelled bad. There were windows but opening them means letting in hot air and mosquitoes. - Sofas had no support. You sink right in. - The lock: staff gave instructions on how to enter the apartment but not how to exit. The door locked us in as soon as it shut. Had to work out how to unlock IN THE DARK. Unusual mechanism that required a key (similar to the outside of a bathroom lock). Inconvenient when some of us went out to buy food when others stayed in. Shall we take the key with us and lock them in? (Not desirable for safety reasons) Or go without the key? (Inconvenient, see doorbell below) Would be much easier if it had a normal knob inside that can be turned by hand. - Doorbell: seems to be shared with the other apartments. It rang multiple times when other guests press the main doorbell on the street. - Noise: due to the location we could hear street noises at night. - No tumble dryer. We used the drying rack to hang dry.

Pro: Perfect apartment for a trip to Florence. Modern yet with hints of tradition and everything you could ask for. Great communication from team

Contro: Due to the location it can be a bit noisy at night if you like to sleep with the windows open

Pro: It was an amazing place and location!!! The apartment was beyond great!!! With everything needed, clean and comfortable!!! Our family just LOVED it!! Thanks to the hosts!
