Pro: Casa ristrutturata e ben tenuta. Ottima posizione.

Contro: Poca insonorizzazione e quindi si sente molto il rumore della strada.

Pro: Posizione centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza della signoria. L’appartamento è molto curato, pulito e molto bene attrezzato, veramente confortevole. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Ottima esperienza

Pro: Ottima zona, comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi e anche le varie zone più frequentate. Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto accogliente. Cucinotto piccolo ma essenziale, pulizia eccellente e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole.

Lovely well equipped apartment

Pro: Lovely apartment, perfect location near the railway station, supermarkets, restaurants and the river. Walked to all of the sites. Great communication from the owners. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Very helpful having a washing machine. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful place in a wonderful city!

Pro: This small appartment is a very good place for a stay in Florence. We stayed 7 days. It is in the centre, close to many places. It has everything you need. The owner is really very kind! Of course there is some noise from the street, because it is in teh centre, but that's normal for such a place. We really enjoyed our stay with 4 adults here and will surely come back one day. Thank you!

Contro: The water pressure in the shower is changing all the time, but we got used to it ;-) It is also good to know that there are steep steps, which for us was no problem at all, but for someone having problems with walking etc. it is good to know beforehand.

Great for a city trip with a small group!

Pro: The location was great, very close to the main point of interests while not being on a loud street. The place had a very practical layout with two sofa beds in the living room, a mini kitchen and a bedroom with a queen sized and a single bed. The availability of air conditioning was a pleasant surprise as well. Ideal for a city trip!

Contro: The apartment being on the top floor means that you need to go up steep stairs. But that’s just a minor inconvenience.

Nice property, great hosts and location

Pro: The location was good , close to the river, shops, restaurants and sights. The host was great, gave us fantastic information of the area and we got an early check in which was really helpful. The apartment was clean, had a table and chairs, bathroom, washing machine.

Great spot for a short stay.

Contro: Traffic noise, shower gives water very slowly.

Contro: Solo tener en cuenta que la calle donde está ubicada es ruidosa por la noche, por la proximidad con bares y restaurantes.

Pro: L’emplacement, l’accueil en personne, la disponibilité de l’hôte, son aide pour monter nos valises. Petit appartement bien éclairé et très propre.

Contro: Plutôt bruyant, surtout le samedi soir.
