Spazioso appartamento nel centro di Firenze

Pro: Soluzione strategica a pochi passi dal cuore di Firenze e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione di S.M. Novella.Nella zona non manca nulla, ristoranti, bar, boutique e market. Appartamento spazioso con tre camere da letto, cucina e due bagni. Assistenza impeccabile, massima cura e attenzione alla nostra soddisfazione affinché tutto fosse di nostro gradimento. Dei veri professionisti che prendono seriamente il proprio lavoro in grado di mettere il cliente al primo posto.

Pro: La posizione e la composizione dell'appartamento, ideale per un gruppo di persone

Pro: Ottima posizione, casa spaziosa con 2 bagni con doccia. Le camere sono ampie.

Contro: Si sentono i rumori provenienti dalla strada ma se si sceglie di stare al centro è normale. Una delle stanze è poco illuminata perché non ha il lampadario al soffitto ma solo lampade da terra. Il problema maggiore è l'ascensore che non funziona .

Pro: A big advantage of the accommodation is that it is in the city center, all important attractions can be reached within 10-20 minutes. Check-in and check-out was flexible, we put the key in a box.

Contro: Although there is an elevator in the house, we were not given a key for it. Spacious modern apartment, but in some places it would need renovation. The rooms were clean, but there was dust around the windows, there were cigarette butts on the window sills, and one of the rooms had a dried-up large soaking tub. The kitchen, including the dishes, would need a thorough cleaning. The kettle was bad, we reported this to the host, but he did not respond.

Pro: Excellent location. Two bathrooms and plenty of space for a family. Clean. Very responsive staff. We really enjoyed staying here.

Contro: The excellent location comes with a lot of noise during the night. The six flights of stairs could be wearing if you have any mobility issues. The hot water wasn't fully functioning during our stay and the drains were quite smelly in one bathroom.

Pro: Great location, spacious old apartment. Comfortable with aircon in each bedroom and two bathrooms.

Contro: One set of keys to enter the stairway to the apartment. Difficult when you're a group of people to organise. It should have been codelock to the doors, like the main entrance door.
