Pro: The property’s location is great: only 20mn from the center but far away enough to find quiet. Everything you need is walking distance. The host communicates well and is very friendly. The check-in and checkout instructions were clear. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with 2 big bathrooms, and a big terrace which offers shade in the summer.

Nice neighborhood, close to everything but not in the middle

Pro: The apartment is large and spacious. Very comfortable to stay in during the summer. It has parquet floors in the bedrooms and is very airy thanks to a vent between the terrace and the laundry room. So, for those of us who aren't fans of air conditioning, it's possible to live most of the time without it. It's not in the old town, so you can enjoy a normal life without thousands of tourists around you, but public transportation is very good; bus 11 takes you to Santa Maria Novella in 15 minutes. Another great thing about this apartment is that there's an Esselunga supermarket 400 blocks away...and, in my opinion, it's the best in Italy. There are some elements to do pilates that I have valued a lot. The host, Irene, is very kind, attentive at all times and has helped us a lot, even booking taxis for us, despite she was not in Florence on the days we were. Very nice person!

Fabulous spacious apartment with amazing outdoor facilities and really well equipped for a wonderful visit to a wonderfu

Pro: Irene is a great host with brilliant communication. Her apartment is a touch of luxury in a quiet and safe feeling area of Florence. The apartment is well served by Bus from the main station. It’s a home from home and the Veranda is an amazing benefit which we took full advantage of. The plants are a lovely addition. We also really appreciated the utility area with washing machine, indoor and outdoor washing line and error. Fabulous place that we would highly recommend to others and would be delighted to visit again. Thank you, Irene.

Pro: The apartment was spacious, so very well appointed with everything you need and more, it was clean and presented so beautifully we felt like we were home with a lovely balcony full of greenery.

Pro: Lovely house. Nice balcony with pretty planters. Convenient location. Supermarket nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place in a beautiful city

Pro: First, I would like to say that I am very picky about cleanliness, and this apartment was awesome, I spent 4 days very comfortable together with my family. In addition, you can find a couple of supermarkets nearby and all the appliances you need including a washing machine and a very good space to dry your clothes, which is appreciated. There is a beautiful balcony where you can spend a nice evening and see the sunset. Irene is also very nice and she is always in contact to help you and do the best to enjoy your stay. Thank you Irene, and I definitely will definitely stay again next time. Note: the apartment is near the Firenze Campo di Marte train station, about 15 minutes walking.

Contro: I liked everything, I wish I could stay longer...... Firenze is a beautiful place and with this apartment makes your stay even better.

Pro: The best apartment I have ever rented during my 15 years of traveling via Booking. This is an apartment with many amenities, located in a quiet area, from where we can walk to monuments in about 15 minutes. The place is also well connected by buses if we want to get back to it without walking. It is also important that there is a supermarket nearby, which is not so common in Florence in the center. Very good contact with the host Irene who helped with all the matters we asked about. By staying in this apartment, our memories of the entire trip to Florence are even better.

We loved it so much we will be back to stay again

Pro: The location and layout of the apartment were excellent. Everything we could possibly have needed was there and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Our host went above and beyond making sure we were informed about the area and best restaurants to go to. She even arranged a taxi as we had trouble getting one. Best host.
