A beautiful place to stay.

Pro: A beautifully appointed apartment with everything you might need. Handy to the major attractions and lots of good restaurants. The parking worked well for Florence!

Pro: Great location. Awesome experience staying in a historic building.

Like a palace, but a bit cold

Pro: The place was beautiful, very spacious, well decorated and equipped. It looked like a palace.

Contro: It was very cold when we arrived at night, it would have been nice if the heating was on before we arrived. One of the bedrooms has a window to the street, which can be very noisy at night.

Pro: Great location, very central and 20 minutes walking distance to most attractions, it is an old building, you can definitely feel the history and pretty well equipped kitchen, does look exactly like in the pictures.

Contro: It can get pretty cold, so I would recommend it more for a summer holiday, but the staff was very helpful and were able to provide us with some portable heaters for the bathrooms especially. One suggestion I would have is to provide better light to the entrance, you need to go up some stairs to reach the apartment, and this area does not have the best lighting in the evening, you can easily trip on the last steps, which happened once to us, but luckily it was a minor fall.

Love our stay and would strongly recommend and stay again :)

Contro: No English TV options Wifi was poor until we switched to a different connection - then it was great!

Pro: The facility is in a very good location in terms of location. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything for your stay.

A good option for a centrally located stay in Florence in a building bursting with history.

Pro: The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect for a stay in Florence. The building and entrance into the apartment are incredible. The flat has more character than the pictures convey. A good option for a family stay in Florence.

Contro: For an accommodation in this price range and targeting families, one would expect a smart tv with English channels. The only real disappointment in the apartment as we traveled with kids.

Pro: The apartment is beautiful and well located in The center of Florenve. The apartment is huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Wonderful spacious historic apartment with free parking in the center of Florence

Pro: Very spacious apartment with antique furniture in a historic building (built 1577), very central location, just minutes walk from the cathedral and Gallerie dell'Accademia. There is a free parking offered which is very important as the center of Florence is in a traffic restricted zone. The hosts were extremely polite and helpful, even left a complimentary bottle of wine.

Contro: The isolation is not the best, not sure if this is smth that can be fixed easily in such a historic building, but we could hear all the noise from the street and corridor. Also, it would be nice to have capsules for the coffee machine, it’s difficult to find the right one by yourself.

Contro: Quite a lot of traffic noise.
