Pro: Location is great, at the edge of the old town, near transportation and on a walking distance to all attractions. Host is PERFECT, he gave us a map and all the hints we needed. Place is very clean, has all amenities for a short stay.

Pro: I don't like to leave reviews but this time is one of the most special. It was my first time in Florence with my kids. When I booked this apartment, Amadeo sent me all the instructions in video format that even a non-Italian speaker can easily understand. Amadeo is exceptional and the best in Florence. We received an immediate response to any question or request. Amadeo is so hospitable that we really felt like guests, all our fear disappeared. Thank you very much, Amadeo! The apartment was very clean, all the sheets, pillows, blanket on the bed and extra sheets were ironed and snow-white. The bathroom was so clean that you could have had surgery there. Cleanliness is the most important thing for me and my family, as I think for many others. The location of the apartment is great. There are good restaurants, bars, cafes nearby... Amadeo, thank you very much! We are glad that we chose your apartment! We are grateful to you for your Florentine hospitality!

Beautiful stay in Florence

Pro: Amedeo was an absolutely lovely host and very reliable. He provided us all the information leading up to the stay, during the stay and met up with us upon our arrival to ensure our stay was seamless. He went above and beyond and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and even transported us to the airport when checking out. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence!

Pleasant stay

Pro: Great apartment and a host that looked after us and helped us with bags

Contro: On booking it said parking off site. Only after booking we found out that there were good 10-15 min walk from the garage to the apartment. Which was very difficult with our bags. Host was gracious enough to help. We were also not aware that apartment is within no car access zone which made everything much more difficult in terms of using the car and luggage.

Pro: Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean, fragrant and pleasant for a stay and vacation. The host was available and friendly for everything we needed.

Best stay we ever had in Italy

Pro: We love absolutely everything about this house. Honestly 10 out of 10 ! We travel around Italy and stayed in many places but this one would be no doubt number 1. Great location next to the centre and secure car park , quiet neighbourhood. The house got everything you need and even more. Amedeo left us a bottle of great wine it was really special . House was big, clean , comfortable bed , really liked big wardrobe , washing machine and dryer was helpful plus all the washing powder/ conditioner. Complimentary coffee was great. Having bath after a long walk was very special. Amedeo just got it right all the little details in the house just made it so comfortable to stay . If you think about it my advice just book it in you will never regret .

Beautiful place in Firenze that felt luxe and comfortable.

Pro: We loved the house. We loved the tastefully decorated and sparkling clean place, the amenities, and the very helpful and kind host!!! The beds were extremely comfortable. I traveled with my mother and aunt and they kept commenting on how much they loved the place. The host gave us great recommendations on where to eat including a beautiful cafe nearby and an amazing restaurant just a couple blocks down the street. Made our stay in Firenze absolutely amazing.
