Pro: Camere spaziose e accoglienti, proprietario gentile e disponibile. La cucina è provvista di tostapane, frigo e cucina e lavandino e tutte le stoviglie per cucinare(no forno e forno microonde), inoltre c'è la lavatrice da 5kg molto comoda se si deve stare qualche giorno in più ma c'è poco spazio per stendere se si è in 5 persone. La casa è provvista di termosifoni e condizionatori in ogni camera e bagno. Bagno strettino ma c'è tutto sia asciugamani che bagnoschiuma. L' ascensore non funziona ma l'appartamento si trova a due rampe di scale al primo piano, un po' scomodo trasportare un passeggino ma adattabile.
Contro: Avendo soggiornato a dicembre, la casa solo con i termosifoni era molto fredda perché si accendevano ad alcuni orari, ma dopo la seconda notte abbiamo chiesto i telecomandi dei condizionatori al proprietario e ce li ha portati in giornata e abbiamo risolto accendendo l' aria calda e la casa si è scaldata. La posizione della casa è un po' scomoda perché si deve camminare almeno 15 minuti per arrivare alla tramvia o alla prima fermata dei bus per andare in centro ma tutto sommato se il tempo è buono si può fare.

Pro: Appartamento estremamente spazioso con tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno, gestore disponibilissimo e simpatico.
Contro: Prezzo un po' alto considerata la zona, che è molto distante dal centro. Costo ammortizzato se si viaggia in gruppo e si divide la spesa.

Artfull place in residential area
Pro: Very spacious, beautiful artworks. Very friendly owner. You are totally away from the crowds, but with public transport (T1 and 6) you are in the city center within 15-20 minutes. There are some good restaurants within walking distance.
Contro: The traffic outside is very noisy all night through. Probably due to a deviation, but earplugs are recommended for the frontroom. The backroom has a duvet, but the room at the front has blankets. Very 50's, but a bit too much to my taste (hot & heavy.)

Comfortable stay in a great location!
Pro: The unit was spacious and well appointed for our family of four. The location was great with easy access to public transportation to get to all of the wonderful sites in Florence. Our host, Luigi, met us at the apartment and took the time to share suggestions on additional sites and amazing dining options. Overall a wonderful stay!

A fantastic stay in a local neighbourhood in Florence.
Pro: Informative host who gave us good information about the area and home. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. It was good to mix with the local community and their daily life. Great restaurants and cafes close by. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the tram for easy access to the city and airport. The house had many rooms/areas if you needed timeout from your group. Good air conditioning and a great shower.
Contro: Stove only cooking.

Excellent apartment!!!
Pro: If you want to truly experience the local life in Florence and its surrounding neighborhood, this apartment is a great choice. It’s clean, well-maintained, and comfortably accommodated our group of five. There are two small cute balconies and plenty of space. It would have been perfect if there had been a second bathroom. The apartment fully met our needs. The host was very helpful—he waited for us to arrive, handed over the keys in person, and shared useful tips and recommendations for exploring the city and dining out. The neighborhood is full of charming little cafés where you can soak in the authentic Florentine atmosphere. In a word: excellent!
Contro: Location was a bit further from center, but there were busses and trams stations close to apartment.

Lovely large apartment a bit of a walk from the centre. We would stay again.
Pro: There was no breakfast option. The location was in a relatively quiet street in a nice area but a bit of a walk to the city.

Extremely nice and attentive host, a great location and very nice apartment.
Pro: The owner was super nice and kept in contact in the days before our trip, he even sent us pictures to reassure us that there was no flooding in Florence because of the heavy rainfall. His english is perfect and he's very attentive and responsive. The apartment is beautiful, with lots of space and a perfect location - bus stop nearby, tram nearby, you can walk to the city center and the neighborhood is safe.

Pro: The accommodation is located in a relatively quiet street. The apartment is very cozy and well furnished. Literature about Florence and art was accessible in the apartment. There is a grocery store, restaurant nearby and free parking possible in the next street. It is a little further from the historic centre, but public transport (tram or bus) is within walking distance.
