Pro: Tutto bene posizione ottima centrale, casa accogliente, pulita, ottime le stanze matrimoniali. Comodi i due bagni. Luci led colorate molto carine. Disponibilità dell’host di late check-out molto apprezzata.

Contro: Servirebbero delle tende oscuranti nelle camere.

Lovely apartment within easy walking distance to main attractions.

Pro: Communication was wonderful. The apartment appeared to be a modern renovation while still retaining the charm of the old building. It was very well appointed with everything for travellers. There was one main bathroom with a second separate WC (which came in handy with 4 adults). The location was very central with all the sights and restaurants within easy walking distance. Thank you Francesco .. we hope to return.

Perfect host, beautifully restored property in a great city centre location

Pro: I liked the personal touch of being met by Francesco’s mother. She explained how everything worked and what we needed to know to enjoy our stay. Francesco also messaged us after we had arrived to make sure everything was ok. Being able to leave our luggage after check out to allow for a final few hours sightseeing was really helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Pro: We really enjoyed our accomodation. It was clean and comfortable. The Francesco and his mother who assisted us with checkin were super friendly. Communication was clear and helpful. We also appreciated the bread, jam and coffee that they left for us. I would stay here again.

Magnificent

Pro: We loved everything from the location to the apartment itself. Well located just coming out the front door was restaurants local shops central market sightseeing and more to discover. The apartment was spotless, very secure and well kept by the owner’s mother a sympathetic lady. I am sure we will return one day and we will rent again from them.

Amazing stay in Florence!!

Pro: Francesco’s accommodation is beautiful and in the best location whilst being close to all the main attractions and restaurants. He was super welcoming and the accommodation is spacious for a family of 5. We loved the air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay. We would highly recommend staying here and thank Francesco for a fantastic stay!

Contro: N/A… it was 100% perfect for us!

Pro: We had a fabulous time here. The location of the property is in a street with restaurants, cafes, ATM, chemist, and supermarket. Sites start at 5mins walk away. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms were appreciated too. Everything works in the kitchen and the apartment is on the second floor (41 steps), no lift. Great hot water pressure and double glazed windows. For light sleepers, you will still hear noise, take ear plugs. The apartment is spacious and the sitting room separates the bedrooms from the kitchen if you want an early quiet cup of tea without waking others up. The city tax can be paid via paypal, which is very convenient and mother and son are excellent communicators and very helpful.

Contro: The apartment has multi floor levels inside. Although the steps outside the bathroom light up, the others did not. Be careful, it is a tripping hazard. A small thing, it would be great if there was an iron and ironboard.
