Struttura perfetta per famiglie

Pro: La posizione della struttura è ideale per raggiungere a piedi tutto quello che c'è da vedere e inoltre a due passi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. La via risulta tranquilla. La casa è dotata di tutto quanto necessario per il soggiorno di più giorni. Comunicazione con host sempre facile e sempre disponibile

Contro: Un piccolissimo appunto se proprio vogliamo farlo è sulle zanzariere che essendo mobili non assicurano una perfetta barriera soprattutto nelle calde serate estive dove la sera con la temperatura gradevole, è meglio aprire le finestre che sfruttare i due condizionatori portatili presenti nell'appartamento, anche per evitare la loro rumorosità

Walking distance from train station and main attractions / Amazing host and place

Pro: I loved the flexibility of the host. She allowed us late check-out when we really needed it (the whole family was quite sick so needed to rest before taking the afternoon train back to Rome). We also loved the fact that the flat had 2 separate rooms, 2 separate toilets, very convenient for a family of 4. Also, the heating system was fantastic, so cosy in winter!

Perfect Location to see Florence and surrounding areas

Pro: We were delayed by an hour due to getting on the wrong train from airport, but the host was gracious and assistant met us with a key and showed us around the property in a friendly manner. The apartment was in a great location, right in the centre with coach station (for day trips) and train station only minutes away, together with the market, sights and restaurants on the doorstep. Perfect location. The apartment itself was a great size and the beds were super comfortable. The facilities were great, all that we needed for 4 nights. The apartment itself was in a shaded area so wasn't particularly hot, so a nice refuge from the hot sun when needed. The Host was magnificent with help available for any questions (not related to apartment) that cropped up during our stay; often related to getting lost!

Contro: The two child-sized single beds in the second bedroom would not have been suitable for a large or tall person. The windows were a little difficult to operate and the mosquito netting didn't adequately prevent onslaught of the creatures, leaving us with plenty of bites as souveniers. The aircon units were very welcome, but very noisy so certainly not something you'd have running for very long.

Awesome & lovely apartment

Pro: Awesome & lovely apartment! You can see marks of the past owner’s daily life in the way the house is decorated. The owner is very responsive on any questions or problems I have, and the check-in lady is very nice in person. Though there's no lift, she helped us to bring up all our luggage to the room.

Contro: All good!

Perfectly located, well equipped, lovely two bedroom apartment in Firenze

Pro: The apartment is located in an excellent area, walking distance from the train station, right next to San Lorenzo's market and a few minutes away from the Cathedral. The facilities are comfortable and decorated with good taste, in an ecclectic style. The unit is well equipped, complete with 2 bedrooms, two toilets, washing machine, ironing board, dish washer, and a roomy living room with a futon bed. It was perfectly clean and the person who waited for us to arrive was helpful and kind.

Contro: The A/C was out of order.

We had an enjoyable stay.

Pro: Good location, could walk to all the tourist attractions, restaurants and railway station. Conad supermarket 5 minutes away. A good sized comfortable apartment that had a visitor book with helpful information.

A wonderful stay in Florence thanks to the great amenities and a well appointed apartment

Pro: Good space allocations in the apartment located on the 1st floor, and can easily fit a young family of 4. The bedrooms are moderate in size and simple in terms of layout. A wardrobe would be nice as we don’t find the chest of drawers practical but thats just minor detail. However, the kitchen and lounge are in great size and we love the space so each of the family member can do our own things in the flat. Superb location with abundant shops, restaurants, pizzeria, gelatorias, grocery shops, etc nearby. Train station is very close as well. Highly recommend for small family.

Pro: lovely apartment and very good location. Although theres no elevator but the staff can help.
