Piacevolissima esperienza
Pro: Appartamento molto grazioso, non grande ma ben distribuito. Rispetto alle fotografie la posizione del tavolo è girata, divenendo così più funzionale per sei sedie. C'è anche una piccola credenza etnica per i piatti. La camera sul retro è silenziosa, mentre il soggiorno risente della strada. La posizione però è fantastica, in zona mercato, quindi molto vivace. La scala d'accesso e quella interna sono molto ripide. I bagni sono piccoli, ma sono due, quindi comodi. Fabio è stato veloce e sempre disponibile a ogni domanda.
Contro: Trovare un po' di olio e sale potrebbe migliorare l'accoglienza, ma non è stato un problema per noi

Excellent location and spacious
Pro: Fantastic location 5 minutes from the tram from airport and nothing more than a 10-20 minute walk. In a busy area but on a quiet side street. Handy having 2 bathrooms. The sofa bed had a thick mattress and was comfortable so like having 3 spaces for those travelling with friends. Liked the communication pre arrival and completing check in electronically.
Contro: As we travelled end of winter, there were a few items that were not in place (eg dishwashing liquid) and wifi was not working. This did not greatly impact us but perhaps a checklist with walkthrough early in the season would be helpful. The concierge was very responsive so I have no doubt these would have addressed issues had they been raised during the stay. The property has steep stairs - ok for us but not ideal for any mobility impaired / elderly travellers.

Great location and enough space for 4 adults
Pro: Communication with the team was great. Amazing location. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. We loved that there were 2 bathrooms.
Contro: The apartment is beautiful. I would have loved some traditional furniture, instead it was more modern and seemed a bit improvised. But the beds were comfortable.

Nice place and awesome location
Pro: - Nice and cozy place, but showers are small. However, it's really not a minus, just to let you all know. - Comfy beds. - All the necessary kitchen equipment is there, except the wine opener. :) - Money / value really good. - Awesome location. - Good Wi-Fi. - FYI both bedrooms are situated on the first floor, one with a bathroom.
Contro: It is cold in the kitchen / living room in the evening, especially on the first day in the afternoon and evening, but the floor was cold for the whole of our stay. It really should be preheated before guests arrive.

Pro: The apartment is just wonderful !! We stayed only for one night but we had a wonderful time :) the apartment is very spacious and clean. it also had good ac, which is always nice when you're traveling to Florence in August :)) the collection of keys was very easy, we met with the guy responsible for check in at the apartment, he gave us the keys and a tour of the apartment. overall a VERY nice stay!! definitely would come back :))

It was amazing and the apartment is very well placed
Pro: Its location is great it was close to everything, also really appreciated the a.c in this weather. the property was also clean.
Contro: Only thing is that it did not have a microwave.

Apartamento con encanto
Pro: La ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de la estación de tren Sta Maria Novella (5 min a pie) y a la vuelta de la esquina del Mercado central donde se pueden comprar productos frescos en su planta baja y/ o comer en los numerosos puestos del primer piso Señalar también el buen trato recibido tanto por Isabelle como por Edoardo (vía mensaje) como por Jenny que nos recibió personalmente Además tuvieron el detalle de colocar junto con las toallas los productos básicos de aseo personal Ahhh y las camas, muy cómodas
Contro: Las escaleras de dificil acceso por su altura e inclinación tanto para acceder a la vivienda como dentro de ella
