Pro: bellissimo appartamento, letti comodi ed in cucina c’era tutto il necessario. la posizione è ottima, con una via di ristoranti appena scendi di casa. a pochissimi passi sei in centro.

Contro: non c’erano i saponi nella doccia, abbiamo trovato un rotolo di carta igienica usato sotto ad un letto e le scale sono parecchio ripide e pericolose ma fattibili

Ottima sistemazione, vicina ai punti di interesse, luminosa.

Pro: Comodo al centro, ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo

Contro: Mi è piaciuto tutto. A voler proprio dire qualcosa, qualche dotazione in più non farebbe male (una coperta di riserva, un pentolino per scaldare il latte, una graattugia ...). Le scale sono ripide, ma il fatto è ampiamente pubblicizzato.

Perfect location and apartment. Plenty of room, close to restaurants and the best gelato shop ever!

Pro: This is a fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. The host met us there and showed us everything and recommended places to eat etc. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really loved the area and were able to walk everywhere. Florence was gorgeous.

Contro: There is no lift - this was fine for us but some people would struggle with bags, prams etc. Not a negative - just something to be aware of.

Central and convenient location

Pro: The check in was very easy, we met one of the staff members (communicated to them on Whatsapp in advance our approximate arrival time). The apartment is located at the top of the building so there were several flights of stairs to climb - this was advertised in the listing. Was a bit tricky to bring the suitcases up, but this is what we were prepared for staying within the city centre. The stay itself was comfortable. It can be hard to come by a place with proper beds to accommodate for 3 people. We also appreciated the lounge area, which was separate to the bedrooms. Having a washing machine was also very handy. There was a drying rack available. Location is fantastic. It is bit of a walk from the main train station, however it is very close to Ponte Vecchio and all the main attractions. Just downstairs of the apartment is also a square filled with fantastic food, gelato, and coffee shops (they serve iced lattes!)

Contro: The bathroom is quite compact, and may be harder for someone with less mobility to move around (then again if mobility is an issue, I would recommend finding a different location with fewer flights of stairs).

Pro: Clean and well equipped apartment, near good restaurants and gelato shops

Contro: Not really, the narrow stairs a bit of hassle but luckily we didn’t have much luggage with us

Excellent stay. Would recommend.

Pro: Really spacious and comfortable stay. Great location, close to so many good restaurants. Only a 15min walk to the train station too. The washing machine was also handy.

Contro: Really steep, small stairs up to the top floor. Not ideal when you are pregnant or when you have a 20kg suitcase like we did.

Pro: Buenísima la ubicación, muy cerca del Ponte Vecchio. El departamento es muy cómodo, moderno y equipado. Pudimos cocinar, lavar y secar la ropa. Tener en cuenta que está en el 3er piso de escalera, como la mayoria de los edificios que caracterizan la zona. Las camas cómodas, tv en ambas piezas.

Contro: Nada

Melhor estadia da nossa eurotrip

Pro: O apto é amplo, limpo, decorado, o box do chuveiro é espaçoso e a localização é perfeita. Ja to com saudade e quero voltar de novo em breve.

Contro: Secador de cabelo sem potência.

Pro: 房間很新也很乾淨整潔，位在老城區，離老橋和彼提宮超近，附近有不錯的超市，樓下有間有名的冰淇淋店和一間好吃的披薩店，整體來說很方便，去學院美術館和烏菲茲都在步行的範圍內，我們住了5晚，除了爬樓梯很累，其他都很好，有大行李的或是長者比較不建議。
