Pro: Posizione eccezionale. Alloggio pulito e confortevole

Perfect location, practical and comfortable.

Pro: A beautiful little spot very central to the Cathedral. My family loved this location. There is a lovely little square below with a couple of beautiful authentic restaurants and a coffee shop with the best coffee we had in Florence. Stunning.

Contro: The stairs are very steep, after a couple of vinos it’s like climbing a mountain but still charming! Make sure you check in before arriving, I missed the email and it was quite tricky photographing my passport etc outside with our luggage. Can be a tad noisy at night.

Delightful location and great place to escape to

Pro: Excellent location near the Pitti Palace and close to the Trinita' bridge over the Arno. Excellent cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Views over a small piazza.

Contro: Checking-in was long-winded: text / phone call / keysafe box, but it did work!

Great value,comfortable apartment in a fantastic part of Florence.

Pro: Great location in a less touristed part of Florence. Although not “luxurious” this is a relatively spacious and very comfortable apartment. We stayed 5 nights and would have happily stayed longer, it was great value for the money we paid.There are some great local bars and restaurants nearby and it is a short walk to the major tourist attractions on the other side of the river.

Contro: No human contact with the check in. We had to make a costly international call to have someone remotely open the front door . Would have appreciated a Whats App option for this contact. Was an effort to get our bags up the 2 floors of narrow stairs but a lot easier on the way down. The key to our apartment door required a deft touch ,but that is part of the charmof old Italian buildings.

All in all a very pleasant stay!

Pro: The location was really good, central and with lots of restaurants and cafes around. The check in and check out was easy and convenient.

Contro: It gets a bit noisy at night, since there are bars and restaurants around, but that was to be expected. The beds were not super comfortable and the water pressure of the shower was very low. All in all good enough for a couple of nights stay though.

A little gem near Ponte Vecchio

Pro: Amazing place close to Ponte Vecchio, in a very picturesque square, close to Pitti Palace, lots of restaurants and a big supermarket, where we found all kids of Italian meats, cheese and olives. The check in and access was very easy, the communication with the staff prompt, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had everyone we needed for 5 night stay. Check out very straightforward. We highly recommend it.

Contro: The only things they could improve are the WiFi, which is very slow. And some unpleasant smell from the drains, which we understand it is common in Florence.

Great

Pro: House was located in the city center and near the attractions. It was clean. And there is a caffe near the building its convenient.

Contro: The building had central heating and they didn't opened it in mornings/some days İt was cold but it's bearable.

Great location, great apartment. Everything is at your doorstep more or less.

Pro: The location was excellent. Only 3 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio and yummy restaurants all around.

Contro: We had a lot of trouble with getting the heating to work. The owner was very responsive when we asked about it so we appreciated the communication.

Home at the heart of Firenze

Pro: A perfect location in Florence at the heart of town. We walked almost everywhere and enjoyed the city to the fullest.

Contro: The room on 2nd floor is accessed by a narrow and steep stairway. We had two big suitcases and carrying those up was a workout

Pro: Close to supermarket, restaurants, Gelato shop, bars. Taxi stand just round corner. On a vibrant and lively piazza, but no problem with night time noise. On the quiet side of Ponte Vecchio, easy walk to lots of great attractions. Really good Sichuan restaurant nearby.

Contro: Communication issue when trying to get access instructions. Got there eventually with the help of our previous hotel.
