Posizione ottima

Pro: Posizione veramente ottima, in una zona poco chiassosa ma viva e letteralmente a due passi da Ponte Vecchio. Casa spaziosa e arredamento curato. Pulizia ok

Contro: La rete wifi a volte funzionava male, il che può costituire un problema considerato che dentro casa non c'è campo (ma per noi che eravamo a Firenze in vacanza e siamo stati poco in casa non ha costituito un disagio). Una tapparella del soggiorno non si abbassava, ma essendo al piano terra non entrava troppa luce

Gorgeous space in a great location

Pro: Beautiful space that offers a sense of luxury even in the little touches such as lights etc. Quite spacious and there were 4 of us staying there. Host Oscar was very nice too! Very close to Ponte Vecchio which leads into main tourist spots.

Contro: Mosquitos but not the fault of property and Oscar even called back with repellant material.

Pro: Great location, easy walking to everything we wanted to do. Also easy distance to more authentic dining experiences at Piazza Santo Spirito. The apartment is very spacious and quiet, the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The apartment was clean.

Great location for a weekend stay!

Pro: Location is perfect, right next to Ponte Vecchio. The apartament was big and spacious for 3-4 people.

Contro: It was very dark and cold, only 2 small windows per room.

Pro: It’s a new apartment in the very center. It is cosy w/ all you need for a stay.

Contro: It was very cold in December and it took a while to make the apartment warm. If you come and go, power supply goes down and it’s hard to warm it up.

Great location but...

Pro: Location was great. Staff very helpful and communicative.

Contro: Linen not provided for sofabed unless specify. Smart key controls lighting and only one provided, so inconvenient if guests need to split up. Entrance is dark at night so flashlight needed.

Hubevina

Pro: The location was very convenient, and it was very comfortable for our family of three.

Contro: There was really hard to deal with the door locker-it stuck on the way out and on the way in. It was dark in the hallway ,and you would need a light in order to unlock the door. The electricity in the whole apartment was turning on and off with a key, so if you need to lock or unlock you would need to turn the light off, which was very uncomfortable for us.

Pro: Super organisiert & sehr bemüht, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe & sehr gute Lage - das Apartment ist gut für Familien (2 Kinder) geeignet. Restaurants und Frühstückslokale sind 2-5min zu Fuß entfernt. Würde wieder kommen.

Pro: A localização é maravilhosa. Fica ao lado da Ponte Vecchio com mercado, lavanderia, cafés e bons restaurantes perto. O apartamento é grande e muito confortável. Cama maravilhosa e tudo limpo.

Contro: Nada a comentar. Foi tudo muito bem.
